Sebastian's ability if he was born with one would kill him. His father could take away disease and deal with it himself, giving him a strong immune system. The only reason he lived is because his ability developed a bit late. Sebastian would die from it, because it is hinted that Axel has had so many colds and infections by age 14 that she's a bit careless.
If Alexander had an ability, it would be similar, if not the same as his brothers. I'm thinking possible nature though for shits and giggles instead of fire.
Kyokan isn't related to abilities until possessed so I think if he did it'd be snatched from him. Let's just say for fun though that his ability would be being able to imagine himself doing something and doing it perfectly, assisting in Cocos soon to develop addiction to TIK TOK
