Dud dud dud....

My feet slapped against the tiles as I ran through the halls of the mall.

Cece was running right beside me using her hood to cover her head and face like she was trying to protect her identity from somebody.

Maybe I should do that as well.

Anthony was way ahead of us. He had been the first one to bolt off even though he was one of the people that got us in this mess.

"HEY STOP RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE!!!" The booming voices of the security guards came from down the hall.

Now, you might be wondering why the hell we're getting chased down the hall by security guards in a mall called Jolly Dick. Well here's how we got in this situation.

It all started when Anthony and Cece somehow persuaded me into going to the mall with them, and by persuaded I mean

"Oh Harper you have to come with us it's very important."

"Yeah we need a third buddy to go with us"

They were pretty convincing so I caved ........

"So which mall are we going to?" I asked, looking away from the window I had been staring out of.

Cece looked over to Anthony  with a smirk on her face, "Only the best mall in the whole of  Texas."

"Um okay...... Why are we going to the mall again? What do you need to buy?" I asked  as I took a seat next to them.

"We're aren't buying anything." Anthony answered, shrugging his shoulders.

Puzzled, I questioned once more, "If you're not buying anything, then why the fuck are we going there?!"

"GAMES!" The hollered at the same time.

In surprise and disbelief, I leaned back, giving them my best 'Are you fucking kidding me?!' look. "So you're telling me that I took time out of my precious afternoon to accompany y'all to the mall just so you could play games?!."

Cece rolled her eyes, "Please it's not like you had anything else to do. You were probably planning on sleeping for the rest of the day anyways."

"No," I disagreed, "I was gonna eat THEN sleep for the rest of the day duh."

Cece raised her fists to playfully punch me, but I quickly dodged it while laughing.

"Don't worry Har you'll live. Plus you can play with us." Anthony said while repeatedly patting my head.

I lightly whacked his hand away and asked, "You gon pay for me?" 

Anthony burst out laughing then sitting back up and giving me a kind smile.

"No."

"Fuck you" I said, flipping them both off. 

"Hey, why'd you flip me off? I didn't do anything." Cece snickered, feigning offense.

"Shut up, you both dragged me here." I retorted glaring at them.
