Chapter 5:

「Fearsome Womb II」

(This will take place after 'Yuji dies'. I don't want to include that whole fighting scene since Y/n is not there so yeah.)

Y/n POV

I was quickly blinded by the lights as I slowly fluttered my eyes open, leading me to close my eyes. It took me a few seconds to get used to the brightness.

My eyes enlarged and dilated a little as a rush of hunger hit me. My vision was hazy, and the smell of blood made my mouth water. I jumped out of bed and yanked myself to the person sitting next to me. When I was going to bite him, a bamboo obstructing my mouth stopped me.

"Goodmorning Y/n." My pupils widened recognizing the voice as they regained their normal size. I went back to my bed and swiftly unlatched myself. There sat a white-haired man. 'Shoot! I almost bit him.'

Gojo extended his arm and handed the girl a cup, which they slowly accepted in their hands, still embarrassed by what had just happened.

"S-sorry...."

"It's alright. Though, that will be quite a problem." The girl sniffed the cup after a little sigh of relief. "It's blood, not human blood, but animal blood" Gojo was pondering how the girl was capable of holding him down.

Slowly raising the cup to their lips after removing the cap. As they gazed at the white-haired man, a sudden realization hit them.

"W-where's ... Yuji...?" As much as they disliked talking, they really wanted to know her best friend's situation.

----------------------------(3rd POV)

"He wants us to live a hundred years? He's dead himself, what else is there to say?" Y/n flinched at Nobara's words. The said female was sulking in the corner with now a muzzle on her mouth, Gojo saying it would be quite useful for the future, just in case.

"Is this the first time you've had to live with the lose of a friend?" She asked Fushiguro.

"You're weak. You may have a power none of us have but it cant be awoken if you don't consume any humans. Pathetic." Since they learned of their best friend's death, the demon's statement has been echoing in her ears. They were now asking themself the same question... 'Why is that everybody I would cherish, die?....'

"It's a first for my peer." Nobara sighed.

"You looked calm to me."

"You too."

"Of course, I've only known him for two weeks. I'm not that week, I won't just cry over a man's death." Both Nobara and Y/n had almost the same situation as both of them refused to cry.

"Darn it." Nobara's lips were trembling when Fushiguro glanced over to see her. However, he can't blame her. After that, he glanced over at Y/n, who had been silent throughout the entire time.Their head hung low and their back was pressed against the wall.

"It's so hot." The black haired teen complained.

"Yeah, our summer outfit isn't ready yet?"

Footsteps coming not so far could be heard but nobody bothered to look at who it was.

"What's going on? Your face looks even worse than usual, Megumi! Are you mourning?" There stood a green haired female with glasses.

"Zenin-senpai."

"Don't call me by my last name!"

"Maki! Maki!" One of her friends, which happened to be a Panda called her.
