It was that time; where all highly respected medicine cats would stalk through the night and join together in peace whilst surrounding the moonstone. The ceremony had been passed down through many generations, and still thrived at the current time.

However, most of the private meetings held deep secrets, fortunately, majority of all the news received by others were on the positive side, for their sake. Though, one cat in particular had news that could be counted as both good, and bad.

The clearing of the moonstone was inhabited by four cats, each representing one of the great clans. Each was granted their own turn of sharing, retelling, or explaining any information that each believed was nessicary to inform others of.

Once it was the final cat's turn, all attention was given politely to the she, who began to speak clearly after ridding her throat of unwanted waste.

"The great warriors of the past have spoken to me, and I fear for the sake of ShadowClan, and for all other clans as well," She began, her tone soft. "That there is grave danger to come."

The other felines in which who had their ears perked, looked at each other in confusion, yet interest, turning their heads back to once again peer at the ragged-furred, gray she when they wished for her to continue.

"I have recently received dreams as what seems to be detailed pieces, of what I am beginning to assume may lead to an omen," She exclaimed, thinking of how she was to explain her recent troubles to her fellow medicine cats. "Only then was I informed that Brokenstar was going to had kits of his very own."

All of a sudden, gasps filled up the clearing and echos could be heard fairly easily.

One of the cats spoke up, and asked in a rush, a simple question, "Do you think that maybe his kits have something to do with those dreams?"

"Yes," The she nodded. "Although, I do wish for you to acknowledge that the only reason I have shared this information to you is because I want you to be aware, since the problem with Brokenstar is now not only inflicting on ShadowClan, but onto all clans."

The others nodded in agreement, and wished for no further information, dismissig the meeting afterwards. Each cat left the clearing and exited into the tunnel in a straight line, with the she at the very back. Her mind happened to be clogged with thoughts, as though if she hadn't made any efforts to shove them away. But she did.

Those attempts were failing, and she was exhausted from being stressed. To her, it seems as if it didn't matter if she was in the present, past, or even future. She believed that there woudn't be freedom and peace. Not until her mind was put at rest.

Though one main question tugged at her the hardest, almost as if somd thorn was pricking her paw pads.

What did these kits have to do with these dreams, and why? Hadn't Brokenstar been enough to serve as a punishment for her actions?
