Hana Ueda was the daughter of an Inazuman couple that left to Mondstadt. After having her and seeing how hard it was to take care of a child, when Hana was 4 yrs old, her mother left her and her father in Mondstadt. Since they had moved from Inazuma not long ago, they didn't have a lot of mora and they lived in a small house near Diluc's tavern. Hana would constantly go around the house looking for her mom and asking her father why her mother wasn't there anymore, and her father, always trying to stay positive, told her that she was going to come back one day. When Hana was 5, she realized that her mother was not coming back. She was really hurt and felt like she wasn't loved. She thought about how hard it would be for her dad to raise her, and a thought came to her mind: "Maybe it would be easier for my dad if I wasn't here..." Hana climbed to the top of her house, and went higher until she reached a windmill. Once she was there, she waited for the sunrise, wanting to see it one last time. She jumped. On her way down, some tears left her eyes as she remembered the few happy memories with her family she had, but right when she was about to hit the ground, she heard a soft and soothing voice that said: "It is not your time yet, you still have a lot to see child". She opened her eyes, and found herself sitting in the floor, amazed as the flower that caught her started to dissappear. Once she was on the ground, she saw a shiny object under her hand. It was a dendro vision. As she started to process what had just happened, she saw a familiar silhouette running towards her, it was her father, who had just come back from hunting their breakfast, and saw her falling to the ground. He saw the vision in her hands and understood what had happened. With tears in his eyes, he apologized for making her feel guilty because of her mother leaving, and asked her to take really good care of the vision she now possessed.
