Morning had come, and Amber felt a ray of light hitting her eyes. She started to open them slowly. "I don't remember leaving the curtains open" she thought to herself. She opened her eyes completely and noticed she wasn't in her room. "Ehh?? Where am I?" she said in a loud voice while sitting up. "Oh? *yawn* You're awake." said Hana in a soft voice. After having finished talking with Kusanali the day before, Hana went back to her room and kneeled in front of the bed and  fell asleep after a while. "Wait you're the girl..." said Amber, a teardrop falling from her eye. "Hey! There's nothing to worry about! We're all fine!" said Hana, wiping Amber's tears with her free hand and holding Amber's hand tight with the other one. Amber noticed a part of the scar in Hana's chest, and Hana noticed how frightened she looked when she did. "You were trying to protect me! That's the only thing that matters to me, other than your safety!" said Hana without giving it much thought. Amber took a deep breath and hugged Hana tightly. "I'm glad you're not mad at me! I'm really sorry for everything!" Hana returned the hug, and after a while, she got up. "Let's go to the kitchen, I got the ingredients for breakfast ready!" she said. They headed down once they were ready, and Hana began preparing her classic quesadillas, but also made 3 servings of Hashbrowns, and a bunch of pancakes. "It smells really good!" said amber, excited and hungry. "Thank you! I hope you like the taste too!" replied Hana as she served the food. "By the way, My name is Amber! Outrider of the Knights of Favonius! Could I ask your name?" she said. "Yes, I know you, I couldn't possibly forget you. My name is Hana, you saved me from a whopperflower almost eight years ago. Great to see you again!" responded Hana. "Wait, you're her?! Didn't you have a Dendro vision though? And I remember your hair was brown! You've changed and grown so much since then!" said Amber surprised. Hana told her about all that had happened since then while they had breakfast together. "I'm so glad you've been doing well since then! You know Hana, the offer to join the Knights of Favonius is still standing, you've become far stronger than what I would've been able to train you to be, so you'd be an even better addition to the Knights!" said Amber. Hana was about to turn down the offer again until she heard Amber say: "Since you're an adult now, it would count as a job, and you'd get paid, so no need to worry about that if that's what you were thinking!". "W-well, let me think about it! I'd have to look for someone to leave the flower shop t-" "Say no more!" interrupted Amber. "I got the perfect person for you to talk to about that! She's a friend of my family who loves flowers! She was even named after them!" she said. Amber told her the girl's name and her direction. Hana, pressured by Amber, left the house and went looking for the girl, and a little later knocked on a door all the way in the other side of the city. "Uhmm, hello? I'm looking for Flora, is this the right house?" asked Hana in a loud voice. The door opened, but Hana couldn't see anyone. "Hello?" she asked. "Down here miss!" said a girl in pink clothes. "Oh! Sorry, didn't see you, happen to know if a girl named Flora lives here?" questioned Hana. "That would be me Miss! May I ask what's your name and what you need?" replied Flora. "Oh well, actually I had a business proposal for you if you'd like to hear it..." Hana proceeded to explain what the work was and why she was leaving the job. "Of course for now I'd take you as an assistant to teach you everything I know and I'd leave you everything once I'm official Knight. But yes, that's basically it". Flora agreed to go check out everything and take a look at the job.

The end of the day had come, and the sun was now hiding behind the church. "It was a long day, but I really enjoyed picking up flowers and seeing how happy people who bought them were!" said Flora. "It is a rewarding job for the soul! Of course for the pocket too hahaha!" replied Hana. Hana walked Flora back to her house and was about to go back when she heard: "I'll do it!" Hana turned around with a smile on her face. "You will?!?! Thank you so much!!!" she said excitedly. Hana ran back home, where she saw Kusanali and Amber talking and laughing together in the kitchen. "Welcome home Hana!" Shouted Kusanali, running to hug her. "You know how much I love being received like that Kusanali! Cheers me up a lot!" said Hana, hugging her back. "Welcome back Hana! Did you find Flora?" said Amber nervously. "I did! And she accepted to be my assistant while I practiced and studied for the Knight exams!" she replied. The three of them celebrated the occasion. "The applications will start on the 1st of December, the tryouts will be one week later, and the finalists will be announced 2 weeks after the applications, the day after, they will compete to see who gets to join the Knights." explained Amber. "Wait, so the final exam is on the 16th?!" asked Hana. "I believe so, yeah! Is there a problem with that?" asked Amber back. "N-no, it's just that that's on my birthday! If anything, it makes The day even more special! And that still gives me about 3 months to study and train!" she responded happily.

The next day, Hana had a free day, so she went to the fountain where she had agreed to meet with Venti to play the lyre and sing together." There you are Hana! I've been waiting for ages!" said the young looking bard. "You do remember Kusanali taught me how to detect lies, right? And even if she hadn't, I saw you gliding over from your statue all the way here." said Hana, almost scoldingly. "O-oh right hahah, well anyways! Are you ready to start Hana?" asked the bard nervously. "Of course! Hope you're not out of breath! C natural minor, right?" asked Hana. "Yep!"

And so started Venti:

"The once small girl that the flowers made grow, had now grown up strong as a claymore, she now was the beauty of Mondstadt, who all the city adored.

Oh, will the winds make her soar

Into the breeze her lyrics float

Oh, will the winds take her words

By all of Teyvat, she will be heard."

"Your turn now Hana!"

Hana took a deep breath and followed Venti's rhythm.

"The girl's voice in their ears it played, a melody they didn't wanna evade, and thoughts their minds had started to invade, these thoughts that their souls came to aid.

Oh, will her song never fade,

With feelings in their hearts they prayed,

Oh, will the wind carry on,

This melody I came upon.

The melody by the citizens heard,

And in the sky sang by the birds,

As nature listened closely to her,

She sang it one last time"

They both took a breath and harmonized.

"Oh, will the winds make her soar

Into the breeze her lyrics float

Oh, will the winds take her words

By all of Teyvat, she will be heard.

Oh, will her song never fade,

With feelings in their hearts they prayed,

Oh, will the wind carry on,

This melody I came upon."

Hana hugged Venti, and they started walking to Diluc's tavern after thanking the crowd that had formed near the Fountain.

"That was really fun Venti! But please don't make me sing about myself again!" said Hana Blushing. "Hahaha, sorry I wasn't able to think of anything else quick enough." said Venti. "You might as well prepare that the day before! Geez!" said Hana, with her face still red. They reached Diluc's tavern and sat down. "One dandelion wine!" said Venti. "Bottle or glass?" asked Diluc. "Yes!" replied the bard. "So a bottle." said Diluc with a sigh. "I'll have one apple juice please, and also hi Uncle Diluc! Surprised to see you here instead of Charles!" said Hana happily. "He had some personal stuff to attend to so I gave him some days off. And also why does everyone ask for apple juice now?"

Diluc gave them their drinks and sat down with them. "Uncle Diluc, I need to tell you something, and I just want you to know that I appreciate you a lot, but I really felt like I had to do this." said Hana nervously. "Go on, nothing could make me not be proud of you Hana." said Diluc in a father-like way. "Well, about that... I'm... I'm trying out to be a Knight of Favonius." Hana saw as Diluc's face went pale and his expression went blank. "T-thats okay, you're still my apprentice, it doesn't matter." he said. "I'm sorry!" said Hana. "You know what? No, This is good! At least there will be one useful Knight now." said Diluc with a proud look on his face. "After all, you were taught by Rosaria and Me, perhaps you can finally teach the Knights how their work is supposed to be done." he continued.

Hana let out a laugh, and smiled at Diluc. "Thank you for your kind words Diluc! I'll work hard to make you proud!" she replied.
