Lila growled as she read article after article on how excited Adrien was to be a father and how happy he was living in Gotham City. She clicked on his latest interview.

Q: How is it like living with the Waynes?

A: Well, I've known Marinette and the Waynes for years. I've come over for the holidays. Living with them isn't that difficult. As Damian said before, I'm 'Uncle Adrien' to their kids.

Q: Have you found out the gender yet?

A: We found out recently, but I won't be revealing it. I decided to do a press release once my child is born. That is when you will get to know the gender and name.

Q: Speaking of names, have you picked out a name?

A: I have. My friend joked that the name would be the hardest to figure out, but I'm still figuring out what furniture to pick out for the nursery.

Q: How have you been helping Marinette Wayne?

A: Marinette is a strong person. I don't really need to help her with anything. I do offer, but she also has her husband and a strong support system from her family here in Gotham. Usually, it's me entertaining the girls while Mari works and they're off from school, but I count it as training. I get a peek at what life will be like with kids. It's especially helpful since I'm an only child. I get to see sibling bonds and rivalries up close.

Q: Have you had any arguments about raising the child?

A: No. The only argument we've had was me wanting to bubble wrap Mari until my child was born. Damian stepped in as mediator and reminded me that she has been pregnant before. He reminded her that she was a bit like me when she was first pregnant and parenting is new to me. These aren't first for her, but they are to me. Marinette is carrying my child, but has agreed that I'm raising the child. She has told me that if I need help, she will be there to help. Both Damian and Mari have given me advice about when the child is born and what I will be needing.

Q: Does that bother you at all?

A: Not at all. I'm grateful for their input. They know what to do and I've read so many books and online forums that contradict themselves. What I've learned is that every child is different and some things may work and some may not and that is okay. I need to find out what works for my child when that time comes.

Q: Does it feel strange to you that your child is safe with Damian when they sleep?

A: Marinette is my best friend, not my wife! She is helping me by carrying my child. I have no intention of coming between their marriage!

Q: Are you aware that some women become hormonal and lustful during pregnancy?

A: I have read the books and I am aware. I'm glad Damian can help in that department. Damian is a great Co-Dad.

Q: Do you think that it will be hard to be a single father?

A: I don't think of myself as a single father. I have Marinette and the Waynes to help me.

Lila closed out the tab and huffed. From the article, it sounded like he was making plans to stay in Gotham for a very long time. She opened up another tab and typed in Gotham City, USA. From the pictures it looked drabby and dark; it was no place for a model, like her. Crime was high and it seemed like people only stayed because the cost of living there was so low. A smile began to spread across her face. She would have to plan this carefully. She would have to up her charms at work if she wanted more tips. It wouldn't be hard to move to Gotham, maybe start over and win him over. It wouldn't be hard to lay low for awhile.
