Damian and Marinette were surrounded by reporters shouting at them.

"Mr. Wayne, how do you feel about your wife cheating on you?"

"Did you know about the affair?"

"Is it true that she is carrying Adrien Agreste's child?"

"Will there be a divorce?"

"Who will get custody of the children?"

"Will MDC still have the backing by Wayne Enterprise?"

"Enough!" shouted Damian. He was starting to get a headache.

"Mr. Way-" someone began, but he silenced them by putting his hand up.

"I would like an explanation as to why you all have decided to accuse my wife of having an affair and accosting us, as we were headed out for lunch. Everyone will stay silent unless I call on you. Understood?" he demanded. The reporters nodded.

With a sigh, he pointed to the gentleman in a teal button up shirt.

"There is an article circulating online, saying that Marinette is carrying the Agreste heir." the reporter stated.

"We have no knowledge of such an article. One moment." Damian waved him off and looked for new regarding his wife on his phone. Marinette leaned closer to him so she could read the article.

With a quick search online, they found the source of their problems. Parisian Abroad, a news company in Paris, had written an exclusive article regarding Marinette's affair with Adrien Agreste. It was stated that she was having his child. The article wrote how Marinette had been sneaking behind Damian's back and was seeing her secret lover for months. No one was sure if all of the Wayne's children belonged to Damian. It teased how it must have been easy to fool the Wayne heir when both lovers had green eyes and the mother bore dark hair. The article mentioned no sources and was written by Alya Cesaire.

"First off, this Parisian gossip rag is written by a female reporter, whom has bullied my wife for many years. She is known for eavesdropping for any shred of news source and never double checks her sources. Second, this trash may say 'exclusive' , but it offers no detail about who this source is. Even if the person wished to remain anonymous, there is no age or information as to how close this person may be to my family or that of the Agreste's. It could very well be a disgruntled employee who was passed over for a promotion." Damian sighed.

The reporters head fall in shame not realizing this for themselves before confronting the Wayne's.

"Third, my wife is indeed carrying Adrien Agreste's child. She is the surrogate mother." he smiled.

Quickly, their heads flashed up and raise their hands, showing how they were now burning with questions.

With a smile, Marinette selected a lady in an emerald dress.

"How did you become the surrogate mother to Adrien Agreste's child? As far as anyone can tell, he isn't dating anyone." she questioned.

"May I make one phone call, quickly, before I can decide how much information to give you?"

Confused they nod.

"Adrien, hey. Um, we have a bit of a.....You, too, huh? .....Yeah, Alya's 'exclusive interview'. Same thing here. Just wanted to know how much we can tell them. We sorta got surrounded. Okay. Thanks. Bye." she spoke, quickly on the phone.

"It is true that Adrien Agreste is single." Marinette stated for the press, "For as long as I have known Adrien, he has always had a kind heart. One of Adrien's dreams is to be a father of wonderful children. He does love kids and wants one of his own, but he hasn't found the person he wants to spend the rest of his life with yet."

"He called me, one day, and told me he talked with his Father about wanting to quit modeling. Gabriel told him he wanted Adrien to continue the Agreste lineage before that, which can't really be done unless he leaves. As soon as I heard that, I put him on hold and spoke with Damian." Marinette finished.

"I could see that this meant a lot to her and Adrien is one of our greatest friends. I agreed with my Angel and told her I was fine with her being Adrien's surrogate mother. We both know he has never been happy with the modeling world. We told him our idea. He began to cry and ask if we were sure. We made an appointment soon after for him to come and begin the procedures for this." Damian continued, picking on another hand.

"How did your families take the news?"

"We spoke with both of our families and they love Adrien. They had no problem with this." smiled Mari, before picking another reporter.

"How did Gabriel Agreste take the news?"

"While Gabriel wasn't happy with our 'backwards method' of helping Adrien, he wanted to make sure that Adrien didn't rope us into this just to get out of his contract and out of Gabriel. Adrien explain that if this method, that we offered, hadn't worked, he was willing to look into adoption." Damian explained, pointing to the lady in the back.

"Is Gabriel okay with you being the mother, even though you are married to another man?"

"Gabriel does know who I am and he asked many of the same questions you all are. Both of the Agreste men have bought several books and items for this child already." Marinette smiled, "Adrien is ecstatic to be a father. He said he always pictured himself the father of many children."

Damian pointed to the next person, as he brought his wife closer to him.

"How far along are you?"

"I am almost four months so we will be learning the baby's gender soon, but it will be Adrien's decision to share the gender." Marinette explained, "This is his child."

Another hand was selected.

"How is Adrien handling the long distance between himself and his child?"

"No worries. Adrien will soon be moving into the Wayne household and will remain for, at least, until his child's first birthday." Damian stated, "We talked it over with everyone. Not just between the three of us, but also his father, Marinette's parents, and my family. We felt it was best so the child can be breast fed and it will give Adrien ample time to find a place, wherever he should choose, as well as a new career path."

Marinette picked the woman in the pink blouse.

"How soon will he arrive?"

"Soon. He wants to be here for the gender reveal and before his baby starts kicking." she laughed, before choosing another reporter.

"How so your children feel about this? They are seven and five, correct?"

"We sat them down and explained to them that while I may be growing a baby in my tummy, it was a very different situation from when they were in me. We explained that we were helping 'Uncle Adrien' to have a baby of his own and that I was 'holding' the baby for him." Marinette began.

"We also explained that we had to go to the doctor's to do this." Damian continued.

"We should have expected the 'How is it different' question." she sighed, causing the reporters to laugh.

"We proceeded to explain to them that it was different because I was not the father." Damian said, "They know Adrien as 'Uncle Adrien' so they are excited to meet their new 'cousin' when the child is born. Perhaps when they are all older, we will explain better and what it is to be a surrogate mother."
