The day was finally close at hand. It had been a few months since he first felt Emma kick his hand. Adrien smiled as he looked around the nursery. He had went with blush pink walls and white furniture. Adrien was excited about becoming a father soon. He had diapers and clothes in the closet.

Adrien knew these past couple months have been hard on Marinette. Even the animals seemed to have noticed. Titus had taken to following her around and he wasn't sure if it was his own doing or something Damian ordered him to do. Alfred the cat had even taken to sleeping next to her, curling up next to her large stomach, purring. When he had spoke to Damian, he agreed that Marinette was shifting a lot in her sleep. She would even wake up and sit there for awhile until she felt tired again. Damian told him it was a common thing for her at the end of each pregnancy; it seemed his daughter was no different. He had no idea his little princess had been keeping Marinette up. They both agreed to let her sleep and informed the rest of the family, in secret, to leave her be.

Damian quickly burst into the room, startling Adrien.

"What-" Adrien began.

"Her water broke." Damian stated, "Grab the baby bag. Alfred is pulling the car around and Todd has her to-go bag by the door." before rushing out the door.

Adrien grabbed the pink bag off the rocking chair and hurried down the stairs. It had already been decided that they would both be in the room with her.

Marinette took deep breaths, as she laid in the hospital bed. Her lower back was hurting and she had just laid down from walking up and down the hallway fifty times.

"It's gonna be fine, Marinette." Adrien smiled, hoping to reassure her.

"Adrien, you try pushing a small pumpkin out of your hole, as it rips you open." she sneered, "Then, tell me you are fine."

Damian pulled Adrien back, away from his agitated wife.

"We need her calm. Don't agitate her." the Wayne heir explained, "The labor could last anywhere between the next five minutes, tomorrow, or even a couple days. It just depends on her body and Emma."

Adrien paled and put his hands up in surrender.

"Treat Marinette like a Queen." Adrien responded, "Got it."
