"Hey." Nino spoke, as he phoned Adrien.

"Hey. What's up?" Adrien asked.

"I spoke with Alya the other day." Nino confessed, "She got fired over that article and knows Lila's liar now."

"Okay. If you want to talk or get back with her, that's all up to you. I don't know how I feel about her right now. I mean, yeah, it sucks that she lost her job, but they spread news we weren't ready to disclose." the soon-to-be father spoke, "Do what you want."

"Alya is looking back at all the lies that Lila told us. She feel bad. She asked about Mari." Nino explained.

"What did she ask?" Adrien questioned.

He may not be her husband, but he was still protective of his best friend.

"She asked if I went to Marinette's wedding; that's it. I think she feels like she doesn't deserve to know anything else. She didn't even ask about your child." Nino replied.

"I can let Mari know, later, but it's up to her to reach out. Damian doesn't want her stressing out and neither do I." he sighed in response.

"How does it feel, Man? To know you'll be a dad in like five months?" Nino asked, changing the subject.

"Unreal." Adrien spoke, "Damian's a great Co-Dad and he's already gone through all of this so if either of us get out of hand, he sits us down and we talk about it. Mari's emotional so he's trying to take that into consideration. I already got her up a wall once already and made her cry."

"What did you do?" the DJ questioned.

"Mostly whatever the book said, but Damian made me see I was smothering her and that I have to realize that she's done this before, but she also needs to realize I haven't. It was a very weird conversation. I'm experiencing all these 'firsts', but she's not. They are a 'first' for her with this child, but not overall. I mean, this is technically her third child!" Adrien explained.

"So, just miscommunication?" Nino asked, hesitantly.

"Yeah and then I had to ask her for help with the nursery." he whined.

"What do you mean?" his friend asked.

"There are like an infinite amount of baby themes for a nursery; colors and everything! It was too much and I had to call Mari to help me. I think I had over fifty tabs popped open." Adrien confessed, making his friend laugh.

"How did Mari help?" he asked.

"She helped me organize everything. She had me save the pictures to my laptop and then make folders to sort it by gender and gender neutral. Then, she had me keep my top five out of those. I think I was seeing pixels by the time we were done. I don't know how she or Father does it. I think I had a 3AM talk with Tim." Adrien stated.

"How did that go?" Nino questioned.

"I don't know." the young Agreste confessed.

"You don't know?" Nino asked, confused.

"Mari has said that she's spoken with Tim before at weird times of the night, but later she'll mention something she said and he'll have no recollection so she just stopped bringing stuff up. There is no way I can ask if that happened or not." Adrien responded and Nino's laughter rang from his phone, "I don't even really remember what we talked about. I just remember sitting there and drinking something. Then, I woke up in my bed."

Nino laughed harder.

"So are you excited to learn about the baby?" Nino asked.

"Yes! We have an appointment at 3PM today!" Adrien exclaimed.

"Are you gonna make it a surprise?" the DJ questioned.

"I'll let it be a surprise to the press, but we'll make sure to tell people we're close to. I'll call you later, but I'm calling my father first." the soon-to-be father expressed.

"No prob." Nino stated, "Gramps takes priority."

Adrien laughed as he ended the call.
