Newspapers both in Gotham and Paris were flooded with the news story of the 'Agreste-Wayne' child and a retraction was forced on Parisian Abroad for relaying false information.

"No! They are all lying!" Alya cried out, "My informant-"

"Shut up, Cesaire!" yelled her boss, "We were already forced to do our biggest retraction! I have two...TWO big name companies calling us a 'gossip rag'. The Waynes even pointed out your misdoings to other reporters! Misdoings that you got away with! We'll be lucky if someone buy our paper at the end of the week!"

"They wouldn't even-" she tried to argue.

"Damian Wayne's best friend is Jon Kent. His parents are Clark Kent and Lois Lane of Daily Planet. I think Damian Wayne knows what he is talking about Miss Cesaire!" the boss shouted, "There is no credibility to your story. Your 'informant', even if they wished to remain anonymous, should have been described. There is no age! No gender! No relationship on how close they are to which party of this child! I think Damian Wayne pointed it out best. Let me read what he said.....from another news source!"

Alya flinched , but she was standing her ground. She knew she wasn't wrong.

"Ahem. 'First off, this Parisian gossip rag is written by a female reporter, whom has bullied my wife for many years. She is known for eavesdropping for any shred of news source and never double checks her sources.' Right there! That throws any credibility you have down the toilet. Bullying leads to cases of defamation. You are lucky we aren't sued by either company!" her boss yelled.

Alya opened her mouth, but her boss pressed on further.

"Next. 'Second, this trash may say 'exclusive', but it offers no detail about who this source is. Even if the person wished to remain anonymous, there is no age or information as to how close this person may be to my family or that of the Agreste's. It could very well be a disgruntled employee who was passed over for a promotion.' And I for one must agree! You didn't have to describe the person in depth. You could have just said, for example, 'Male, 20's, close to Agrestes has said...' but you didn't."

"Mrs. Pol-"

"You're fired, Miss Cesaire." she stated.

"What?" Alya cried out.

"I cannot allow anyone in the workplace to think that this is acceptable. In fact, I'm not even sure how this made it in the paper in the first place. That means not only was this 'gossip rag' of yours not meant for my papers, but you intentionally pulled another story. I will have to go back and find what that story is and get it printed as fast as possible. Clean out your cubicle, Cesaire, and I suggest you talk to this 'informant' of yours because they just cost you your job."

Alya carried her box of things to her uber ride and waited until she was home to call her best friend.

'This line has been disconnected.' beeped Lila's number.

"How can her phone be disconnected?" Alya wondered, "Lila's a Gabriel model! She's Adrien's girlfriend!"

She dialed Nino's number and waited for him to answer. Nino still spoke with Adrien. He'd tell her of Adrien's deal with the Waynes to cover up the affair!

"Hello?" asked a girl.

"I need to speak with Nino!" she shouted.

"Hey! You don't need to yell and I don't know who that is!" shouted the lady on the other line.

"NINO!" Alya shouted, "Nino Lahiffe!"

"Look, Lady, I just got this number a month ago. I don't know who you're looking for, but they're not here!" she shouted and hung up.
