"Amber, come look at this," he said, and I raised an eyebrow in confusion, the first time showing emotion to these two styleless morons. She walked over, grumbling something along the lines of 'I don't want to touch this bitch unless it's to kill her', stopping in front of my hand, and gasped in shock. She proceeded to examine my hand in the same manner as dude here, eyes widened in confusion.
"How?" the male asked, and I snatched my hand back.
"What's wrong? You two never seen a scratch before?" I asked, and folded my arms over my chest.
"The problem is," that Amber girl spoke, grabbing my hand to hold it up to my face. "There's nothing there!" she said, and I looked at her with confusion, before turning my attention to my hand and I mentally bgasped.
There is no scratch! My skin completely full with not even a trickle of blood falling along the lines of the nonexistent wound.
Awl, hell nawl. I gotta get back home, NOW!
~~~~Right now I'm following behind the two silent parties, Evelyn following behind me as if I'm her mother. It's no problem with me though, I like her, she's cool and unique.
"How much longer?" I huffed, "My damn feet hurts," Amber simply tutted, and I could see from the side of her face that she was rolling her eyes at my whining, but my motherfucking feet hurt bitch. You should've told me this shit was going to be a fucking journey.
Damn, I have such a potty mouth.
Upon hearing this, Evelyn gripped me by my waist with her large fingers and propped me on her neck to still see where we're going.
"Thank you sweetheart," I smiled, combing my fingers through her fur for the third time today. She instantly purred, doing the same motion of leaning into the pet, and I smiled wider.
Not complaining anymore, the venture took quicker than before and less painful that's for sure. We made it to a huge campsite, there was a huge cobblestone wall that even Evelyn herself couldn't see over, whether she stood on her two paws or not. Amber and friend knocked on the huge brown shut trap door in some type of pattern, the door shuddering before they both moved over to the side as the door dropped open slowly.
Evelyn and I walked in first, me noticing quickly the separation between people like Amber and friend, others in regular clothing, and even more creatures like Evelyn but in different sizes and I guess ages. The people in matching clothing as the two friends are holstering weapons, looking like a service of safety for the village, and than the villagers that need the services. There was I guess, restaraunts? I have no idea.
Houses, different buildings, etc. It looked cute.
Comfy.
Evelyn followed the two towards the back of the village and it was an open military like base that had maps, a minature model of the entire place, and a corkboard that had strategies and pins of a need to spill blood.
"Yo, Chief!" the boy yelled, going to the back of the area that's sealed off, and I noticed from the corner of my eye, Amber fixing her bun and running her fingers through her bangs as if to get herself situated for whoever this Chief person is.
I chuckled slightly, putting my full attention back on petting Evelyn, smiling at the soft purrs she emits from her mouth.
"Chief is ready to see you now," the boy said, and I sighed as Evelyn cooed in a whining manner before letting me slide off of her neck to stand back on the ground. I smiled sadly, petting the fur away from her eyeballs, before parting ways. I turned to see her pounce on another creature, them both smiling as they roll around entangled in each other and I smiled widely, continuing the route to this 'Chief'.
