Natalie walked into the bedroom where Bailey was texting away on her phone.

"Oh, hey Natalie, where've you been?" Bailey asked.

Natalie grinned and pulled something out of her pocket. "Oh, I was just at the store," she started, and then announced, "getting this bad boy!" as she showed off her new phone.

Bailey's jaw dropped. "Oh wow! Finally!!" she exclaimed.

"I know! I've even added some contacts in here already."

"Oh wow, like who?"

Natalie began listing off the contacts as she pulled them up on her shiny, white phone. "Well, there's Aimee.."

"The ginger?" Bailey asked.

"Yeah, so what's wrong with that?"

Bailey shrugged.

"Bethany.."

"The one who wears so much makeup she looks like a freaking clown?" Bailey judged.

"Yeah," Natalie agreed, "you guys have so much in common! Then there's also Madison, Angie, Kate, Sophi-" Natalie squinted at her phone. "What the heck?"

"What?" Bailey asked, peeking over.

"How did Dan get on here?"

"What?!" Bailey screamed.

Natalie shrugged. "I guess he just messaged me when he saw my number on social media."

"Well, delete and block him," Bailey commanded.

"No, that'll just make it worse for you guys."

"I don't care."

"Well, I do." Natalie started typing.

"What are you texting him?" Bailey intruded.

Natalie finished up her message and said, "I'm saying, 'Hey, Dan. I don't think it's best if we talk.'"

"That's fine. Now block him."

"Hold on, he's typing," Natalie announced.

Bailey looked at her own phone, then decided, "K, you know what? I don't want to be here if you're going to text my ex." She got off the bed. "Oh, and don't get all cute with him."

Natalie grimaced. "Ew, no, I have no interest in him. Especially for a guy who cheats."

"Now you're getting it," Bailey said, and she headed out of the room, closing the door on the way out.

Dan texted, "Hey Natalie, I need to ask you a question." Natalie rolled her eyes and texted back, "Sorry. I'm not interested." He messaged, "No please, its really quick." Natalie sighed. Her phone went off and she read, "I was wondering if you'd want to go.." She dropped her phone on the bed. "No.." she said quietly. "On a date?"

Later that day, Bailey was in the bathroom wearing her headphones, and singing into a hairbrush when Natalie walked in, since the door was unlocked. "Oh, hey Natalie," Bailey said, taking off her headphones.

"Hey, Bailey," she slowly started. "Um, whatcha doing?"

"Oh, just.. listening to music, and singing along.. in the bathroom.. What about you?"

"Oh, I'm just.. uh.. Getting ready to go to Tim's!" Natalie smiled and grasped her phone.

Bailey looked at the shoulder less dress shirt and long skirt that Natalie was wearing and asked, "Why are you dressed like that then?"

Natalie hesitated as she thought of an excuse. The only thing that came to her mind was, "No reason. I just-"

"You're going on a date, aren't you?" Bailey figured.
