The hero with 1000 faces (short) part 2

Hi everyone another short one I'm afraid originally I did have something big planned for this but when I actually read it out it got really confusing, you'll understand at the end of the chapter

Jim point of view

This was a disaster The amulet has malfunctioned, it's making copies of me or parts of me I guess and all of them are different but they could ruin the barbecue and also prevent me from s ever showing my face in this town again. Already had to deal with lovey-dovey version of me who Wearing yellow I've managed to convince ophelia, Claire, Darci and Mary that I'm the real Jim however getting back up from anywhere else would prove to be impossible since jerk me contact the others first and told him the situation but managed to convince everyone that he is the real me not to mention that he has the amulet so even more dangerous.

Everyone spreads out trying to find different me's with different coloured jackets, Claire comes with me just in case I'm mistaken for one of the copies we managed to find read version of me that appears to only speak in Spanish once we catch him we sneakily take him up to Clares room to meet the others who have also collected their copy of me

We stick them in that bedroom because we still need to find jerk me before he does something crazy, however Mary makes an interesting point

Mary: wait how do we know that these guys are just going to get up and leave the room the second we're away someone should stay here and keep an eye on them and I'll vote me and Darci

Darci confused: wait why me

Mary getting close to Darci face: didn't you say that you had a dream like this one where there were multiple Jim's well I had that same dream to and this is our moment to make it a reality

Oh- that's what they're going to do well I can't really say it's cheating on me since it is me they're going to you know, Honestly the most surprising thing about this whole ordeal is the fact that Claire, Darcy and Mary all had the same dream

Darci went red but gave a stupid smile: Claire we're going to need a soundproof spell because it's going to get really loud.

Claire face pond obviously not thrilled about this: okay fine but I swear to God if you get anything on my homework I will kill you guys

Mary smirked: no promises C bomb

And with that Mary and Darcy went in to the room to fill out their desires, leaving me Ophelia and clear divide the last of the clones of me. Thankfully nothing bad has happened to the barbecue yet and no one suspects anything. Which makes it easier for us to move around since Jerk me is keeping to the shadows because of his or our troll hunting training

Eventually though we find him backing into a corner and I get my amulet back and I send all the crowns back into the amulet. Allowing us to completely enjoy the rest of the barbecue in peace

Later on

I'm sitting on the stairs with Claire on one side of me and Ophelia on the other just snuggling for a job well done, that's when a very wobbly Mary and Darci came stumbling down the stairs

Ophelia giggled at them: you girls have fun

Mary painting: yes yes we did so much fun

Darci struggling to keep her balance: my legs feel like jelly

We all giggled at the root reaction and that's when I got a call from Aja she told me to come over to her house immediately and it was a matter of life and death.

Narrator's point of view

In the Janice order

Gunmar Sat on his new role in the centre of the Janisch order with servants ready to please him at all sides, he was already planning his invasion of service by following the sorcerers instructions for rebuilding his army and taking control troll market

But his advisors had concerns

Dictation: My lord I know that the sorcerers got us out of the Dark lands but what proof do we have that they'll be good on their word and what proof do we have that we need them

Otto: I agree with the With the blind one we do not know the sorcerers they could just be using you to and end

Gunmar: I agree with both of you so for now I think we should just play along with-

Gunmar was interrupted by the voice that deceived him from the dark lines: I understand your mistrust but we are here to assist you but we can't do that unless we're in the shadows

Gunmar and the other Immediately got into a defence form however it proved to be useless as the red sorcerer jumped down from the roof and caused a little explosion sending everyone flying

The red sorcerer: I understand that you have no reason to trust us so therefore I have got something that may inspire your trust

The red is also removed a way as A new figure emerged from the shadows this one appeared to be like a dog wearing armour

Gunmar got to his feet: Who is this sorcerer!

The red sorcerer: He is the last number of the zero and brotherhood and I think you two are going to be Best friends

Gunmar growled: and why do you think that

The dog alien: because we have you asked someone for the same person that saw Hunter as you called him murdered my brother I secret venture just as you seek revenge for your son allow me to help you

Gunmar smiled at the new information but the sorcerer wasn't done with the good news just yet: Before you begin your revenge and I have a something I need you to have a cure for me from one of the boys friends and I'll give you a friend to help

The sorcerer staff lift up and from the floor emerged a gob like creature emerged from the ground

The sorcerer then turned to gunmar and the rest of his servants: I trust that this is good enough to you to trust me now that I have your trust stick to the original plan let your spy give you troll market

Otto surprised that the information was leaked: how do you know about the spy!

The red sorcerer just laughed: we are the Arcana order, we know all

Anyway that's it for this chapter now what I was originally planning to do was add in the scene about Mary and Darci Living out their fantasy the only problem was it got really confusing since all of them were the same person just with different clothes and it was like this jim did this that Jim did that it was really confusing so I just decided to not do it
