They finally reached Uraraka's home, and she had calmed down a little by then. Mina looked her straight in the eyes.

"Hey, if you ever need to talk...you know I'm here, right?" Mina assured. Uraraka nodded. "'K good. I'm gonna go home now. I'll see ya' tomorrow." and with that, Mina was walking away.

Uraraka walked in the door and quickly realized how hungry she actually was. Not eating dinner or anything else until now, in retrospect, wasn't a great idea. She opened her small cabinets and, in the end, picked out a microwave ramen pack. Except, she doesn't have a microwave, so she took out a pot and filled it with only as much water as she needed. She put the stove burner on high so that it wouldn't take as long to boil. When it was finally ready, she placed the brick of noodles in the pot. She watched them as they went stringy. She was practically drooling by the time they were done. She dumped the water into her sink and didn't even wait for the noodles to cool before taking a bite. She didn't even put it in a bowl or anything, she just ate it out of the pot. After a couple of bites, Uraraka realized that she didn't even put the flavor in. It tasted much better after that.

It didn't take long for her to finish the noodles. But as soon as she did, the storm cloud of sadness seemed to loom over her once again. She put her dishes away quickly before hurrying to her room to make up the homework she had missed. Aizawa had let it slide that morning, probably because she was visibly upset and didn't want to make her feel worse already.

She sat at her desk doing the homework for longer than usual. But when she was finally done, it was already late, so she just collapsed into bed seconds after showering. Her last thought before she drifted off to sleep was an image of her and Deku, finally reuniting. For a second, she almost believed that it was real.
