Uraraka tried to step away, but was reminded of the wall behind her. Did he really mean it? Did he want her to become a villain, just like he had?

"You want me to...what?"

Deku's gloved hands grabbed Uraraka's hands. He smiled. But it wasn't the manic grin he had exhibited earlier, no. It was the same genuine smile of pure happiness and excitement she had known so well. His freckled cheeks shifted in color to a light, almost unnoticeable, shade of pink. From afar, you would have never known it was there.

"I want you to join me! We would be unstoppable! With our quirks combined, we could be the greatest villains this world has ever seen! Don't you think so?" Uraraka could see Deku building their future as villains together in his head. His voice was airy and casual as he spoke, as if he hadn't just asked her to abandon heroism and turn to the dark side.

Uraraka could barely speak. She didn't know what would happen if she refused, if Deku would get angry and hurt the others. And if she accepted...she didn't think it could be much better. A life of crime, leaving her parents behind and without any idea of where she'd gone. It was unthinkable to her.

"This is taking too long!" A raspy voice echoed. Every head turned to see Shigaraki and Dabi run up to the class. The screams rang out as they approached closer.

"Someone! Get teachers!" A voice yelled.

Uraraka started to run, but was stopped. A hand had latched onto her belt, keeping her in place. Uraraka turned around, to see, unsurprisingly, Deku holding her in place.

"Where do you think you're running off to, my darling?" His voice rang out, the manic look reappearing in his eyes. "I won't let you leave me. I've waited too long to see you again."

"Let me go! I won't let you hurt my friends!" She tried to pry Deku's hand from around her belt, but he held on tight. Suddenly, his other hand wheeled Uraraka around, to where their faces were just inches apart.

"I said," He whispered. "I won't let you leave me." His hand was up to her chin, pulling their lips together. A rush was sent through Uraraka's body. A rush she hadn't felt in a long time. But she knew she couldn't stay, she needed to go help her friends! She tried to pull away, but Deku caught her and moved her back. When she finally broke away, she immediately ran to the group.

Her emotions were a blur of fear, anger , and a strange relief. She was happy that Deku was back, but angry that he become a villain, and she was scared that her friends would get hurt. She ran to Iida, Todoroki, and Tsuyu, who were all fighting together. Angry tears streamed down her cheeks as she looked at Tsuyu.

"I need you to throw me with your tongue! Aim for in between Shigaraki and Dabi, okay?!" Uraraka yelled over all the sounds of the fight. Tsu nodded and wrapped her tongue around Uraraka and whipped Uraraka through the air. As Uraraka flew through the air, she activated her quirk. When she reached where she should had fallen, she released her quirk and landed swiftly on her feet. She was directly behind both Dabi and Shigaraki.
