Three Days

Day one
Y/n POV

Today is the start of the evaluation challenges. Today we will be having hand to hand combat. "The first pair is sasha and Connie!" Said shadis. We watched the two circle each other. Sasha ran first aiming for his face and Connie dodged and aimed for her right leg but jumped and kicked him in the ribs.

Ouch thats gatta hurt. "Fuck sasha that hurt!" He said and punched her arm. She grabbed his hand and flipped him over and he put his hand up "she wins" he said and we laughed. It continued on like this and then we had the three winners Annie, mikasa and me. Now I had to fight Annie.

we both got into our stances and she gave me a cold look that I gladly returned. We circled each other and I saw her eyes dart to the side and I caught her leg when she went for my side. Then my arm darted out and got her in the nose. She glared and sent a punch towards my face I blocked it with my arms and they stung afterwards. Ow. I made it look like I was going for her left side but darted for the right and I got her in the ribs.

Then my fists got her jaw and cheek. She was on the ground and I pinned her. "The winner is y/n Ackerman!" Said shadis. I got off her and offered my hand. She looked at it for a second and then grabbed it. "Good fight" I said smiling softly "not bad l/n" she said and walked away. Now it was just me and mikasa.

It's always me and her. She is a worthy opponent. We both got into our stances. And I went first she blocked my punch and delivered a blow to my side. I then sent my leg flying upwards and it hit her  right underneath her jaw making her head go back. Then I sent a punch to her side and then I pushed her.

She flipped us over and then me and her wrestled for the top. I grabbed her arm and twisted it so it was behind her back. She struggled but I won in the end. "Y/n is the winner!" Said shadis mikasa got up And we smiled at each other. "We did good" she said and I nodded "ya" I said we took a break and then it was riding horse back.

I did it perfectly and so did most of the others except krista and Connie. Connie was having trouble when the horse galloped and Krista was having trouble with turning but I honestly think its just the horse. After our hour long horse ride we had lunch. "Wow Jean you and your horse looked exactly alike" said eren snickering. I hid my smile but a small giggle escaped me.

"Are you done with your food?" Asked Sasha I smiled and nodded giving her the rest if my food like every other night. "For someone  so strong you don't eat alot" said eren laughing. I smiled and lied my head on the table. I've been having these light headaches every now and them for the past week now. Maybe its because I need to drink more.

"Im going to call it a night see you guys tomorrow" I said yawning. I made my way to my bunk and fell asleep.

Day two
Y/n POV

I woke up early and did my workouts and woke my bunk mates like I have been doing for the past three years. Now we were getting yelled at by commander shadis. We were using odm gear today and we would be slashing titan dummies.

"GO!" Yelled shadis. And we all took off I was in the lead and I was slashing every titan dummy before anyone could even have a chance "save some for us!" Yelled Connie I laughed "first come first serve" I said back and continued to slash the dummies. They moved the titans to the right but I still slashed them but I started leaving some for the others.

I landed gracefully on a tree branch and laughed as they looked for more Titan dummies. "Why is my love so cruel to me?" Asked Reiner I laughed and he smiled at Jean. "Ha I made her laugh" he said I rolled my eyes and took off when I heard "she's just laughing at your ugly face!" I slashed more dummies and I made it to the end of the forest.

"Outstanding performance Ackerman" said shadis. I saluted "thank you sir!" I said and I swear his lip went up on the side. "At ease soldier" he said and I loosened my stance. 

When the others were done fooling around we had dinner. "That was rude slashing all if the dummies" said Connie. "Don't talk to her like that" said Jean glaring. I smiled and continued to eat my food.

Day three
Y/n POV
Today we ran and had a race with our odm gear. I won the odm but the running I gave out before mikasa. I guess today wasn't my day. Then we had do go on a hike in the rain we had backpacks filled with rocks. But that was just an exercise. We were for the day and now we were sitting in the dining hall.

"Man....I don't think ill make it in the top ten" said Connie. I smiled at him "Im almost positive you will" I said and he smiled Reiner came over to me "so its the end of our three years together and we need to know who you choose" said Jean. From behind Reiner. I laughed at there anxious expressions.

"I choose......survey corps!" I said laughing. "No we ment between us" said Reiner in a whiny tone. "I don't know you guys" I said "well who's better looking" said Jean. "I laughed " um Jean is a eight and Reiner is a seven and a half" I said putting a piece of stale bread in my mouth.

Jean smiled at me "I win!" He said and eren laughed "really horse face?!" He said and I glared playfully at him "I know but imagine if he had a light beard like a....subtle(is that what its called Im just picturing season 4 Jean) " well then ill grow one out for you" he said winking. 

We laughed and played for a while "graduation is tomorrow" I said while I looked up at the stars with eren. "I know it seems like only yesterday you were helping me balance" he said and I laughed Laying my head on his shoulder. "Thanks for being such a good friend eren" I said and he smiled

"your welcome and thanks" we smiled at each other. I gazed into his blue eyes. My eyes flickered onto his lips and I caught myself. Why was I thinking about kissing my best friend? I stood up and laughed awkwardly "Im going to hit the hay see you tomorrow!" I said running to my bunk. This is not good I need to get my emotions and thoughts on check.

God what's wrong with me?! I still can't believe I thought about kissing him. We are just friends.... Right?

Shadis's POV
I was in my office doing work and writing down notes about the cadets.

Reiner Braun~ he's strong as an ox and has the will to match. But more than anything he's earned the trust of his comrades

Armin Arlert~ when it comes to physical strength he didn't measure up to soldier standards. But I hear that in the classroom lectures he's shown extraordinary imagination

Annie Leonhart~ the angle of approach of her slashing attack is impeccable. She carves deeply into the target personality wise she tends to be a loner and has trouble cooperating.

Bertolt Hoover~ he's masters every single skill that has been taught and I believe he has a lot of potential but he lacks drive and tends to leave decisions to others.

Jean Kirstein~  he has a deep understanding of the vertical maneuvering equipment and excels at exploiting that skill. He can also take in a situation at a moments glance but his personality is drawn like a sword which tends to create conflict.

Connie Springer ~ he has a fine sense of balance and is effective at vertical maneuvering however he's got a slow mind and often makes strategic mistakes

Sasha blouse ~ she moves quickly and has remarkable instincts but she has issues with structure making her ill suited for organized activity

Mikasa Ackerman~  she's mastered every single difficult subject perfectly. Her talent is almost matched with y/n Ackerman making her one of the most valuable of them all worth a hundred regular soldiers

Eren Jeager ~ though proficient at barehanded fighting he doesn't seem to have any other skills. But he possesses a sense of purpose thats twice as strong as anyone else's. Through constant effort his grades have steadily improved. But he has serious anger issues

Y/n Ackerman ~ she's mastered every single difficult subject perfectly and does it with ease. Her only competition seems to be mikasa Ackerman. She is a certified genius. She has learned to mask her emotions and set them aside when needed making her a good leader. She is worth two hundred regular soldiers.
