Ayla thought that maybe once she was finally far from her parents that she wouldn't have to deal with them constantly hovering over her shoulders. Except that wasn't the case, because here they were once again pestering her.
Moving away was definitely pro on her list but she can't help but miss her life in New York where she was constantly having company over.
