As much as the plan of not hurting anyone ended up failing, Ayla has seemed to do what she did best, distracting herself. She made it seem like she has forgotten what happened a couple of days ago. Hell, she hasn't spoken to dream since then and her reason was that he needed space.

Punz on the other hand seemed to notice what she's been doing. Avoiding all topics nor details about what happened during her birthday on stream. He knew her intention wasn't to hurt anyone, it just seemed like Dream was there at the wrong time. Ayla may have shoved the thought of losing a friend at the back of her mind but he knew she was still constantly thinking about it. She was damn great in deflecting and he knew it.

If anyone were to ask Ayla about Dream one more time, she believes that she'll finally lose it. It wasn't like they're were together but she's been feeling like complete shit. Not to mention, she didn't know she got invited to a lobby that he was included in. She just hoped it wouldn't be so awkward but it was definitely far from what she wanted.

"You literally suck ass in mario kart." I tell Hayes as finish in second place on our third game.

"Well you're not the one with two cats on their lap are they?" He rolls his eyes at me and motioned towards both Dusk and Dawn asleep on his lap.

I grinned even wider, "Didn't you say you needed them so that you could win a game?"

We both were currently in my streaming room which also had all my consoles in it. Luke was somewhere in the house probably grabbing food. I sat on the couch while Hayes had my spinny chair.

He shushes me and changes topic, "Are you streaming later?" He asked.

I give him a nod, "Not me but I promised Sapnap we'd stream together when he was back in Florida." I answered as I the next map came up.

He hums in response and nods, I turn to look at him and gave him a look. "He won't be on the stream." I stated, already knowing what he was thinking.

"I didn't say anything." He says putting his arms up in surrender.

"You didn't have to, I could see it on your face."

"Have you now?" He raises his brow at me.

I squint my eyes at him, "You're so lucky my cats are on your lap or I would've pushed you off your seat." I tell him as the race began.

"This game is rigged." He says halfway through the second lap. "How is it that I've been always getting red shelled?" He was sitting on 9th place while I was on 3rd.

Just as I was about to answer him, Luke comes in sitting in the ground in front of the couch as his back leaned back towards it. I had on leg propped on the couch while the other was flat on the ground.

He had a bag of Doritos on hand as he munched on them. "You both make me sick." Hayes pipes up as he notices where Luke was resting his back. "There's literally a huge space on the couch beside her." He adds as I notice he turned to a rocket on his last lap on the screen. Luke shrugs and I let out a laugh.

He ends up right behind me and I cursed. "Hayes you're literally hacking, stop it."

He scoffs, "Get better on the game Ayla." He says as he was able to hit me with a green shell just as we were about to cross the finish line. He gets ahead of me and I groaned.
