When I woke up I was still in the car. We were getting close to Diomedes loft. In the front he was talking to my parents asking them about memory loss.

"Well it all depends really. When I worked there, we only had a general idea on how to make it work. We weren't around when it was actually made. Why do you ask," my mom said.

"I'll tell you when we get to the house," Diomedes said cautiously.

"Okay," my mom said skeptically. "Nala, I know you're up."

I sat up rubbing my eyes. "It wasn't really a secret."

She sighed and shook her head looking at my dad. She turned around looking at me with her piercing eyes. It was weird how she looked liked she could be my older sister. Just a little bit older than Stiles.

Her gaze went from me to Luca, back to me then back to Luca. She squinted and said, "What did you do?"

"What do you mean," he asked looking confused and offended.

She gave him a you know what I mean drool stare. His cheeks lite up like the Fourth of July. He cleared his throat and pulled at his collar.

"I think you know. Unless you want to make this anymore awkward than it already is. I could explain."

"How many times?"

"Once," he said quickly. She had him a hard stare. "I swear. I wouldn't lie about this, especially to you."

This conversation was confusing me. I just wanted to eat and go to sleep. My body felt like mush and my throat felt like the Sahara.
I looked to my dad who was talking to Stiles, but looking out the window. Their convo was less confusing than this and they were talking about the mechanisms of the room they were locked in.

Luca and my mom were having what looked like a stare off. Luca winced and put his hands over his ears. My mom turned her deadly stare on me.

"I know I haven't been here a lot and that's not all my fault. But I didn't want you to rush into things when you weren't ready. Staying pure is a good thing," she said in a smooth sympathetic voice.

Oh. That's what they were talking about. Me and Luca having sex. I felt all the blood in my body rush to my face.

"I understand honestly I do. But I think I was more ready for that than trying to help my family and friend escape from the tower. Speaking of friends, where are the rest of them."

Luca pointed to the car behind us.

The rest of the ride was quiet 'til we pulled up to Diomedes's loft. We got out and headed for his place. I waved to Tamara and Ro, but Ro acted like he didn't know me. I was so happy to see Jasper come out of the car. I ran over to hug him. He grimaced.

"Arm. Watch it," he said pointing at a gun shot wound.

I pulled away and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek before Luca could see.

"Where's Jason?"

"He went back home," he said with his head down. I could tell he still wanted his brother here.

Sander came out the car with a little girl. She had two blonde pig tails, purple eyes, and porcelain skin. She had on a blue jumpsuit. I started to ask, but Tamara shook her head at me.

We went up to his loft and all sat on the couch and floor. I told them what Sivers told me. My dad explained to us how, he found a notebook of Sivers that had plans of getting rid of Evos. He planned to gather them up and put them down like dogs at a pound. The thing with that plan was that people were going to start to notice and fight back. That's where the transients idea came from. Another flaw in the idea and plan was that he didn't know who was a Evo or would become one. He had the test done, but hadn't planned to do anything to the children who passed just yet. He sought out a different plan for them. When my dad told my mom about this they tried to destroy all the work they did. Sivers was just using them to start off his evil plan. When Sivers tried to kill them they already knew what was to come. They told me and Stiles this plan, but since I barely had much memory of them I didn't understand all of it.

"So who is Perses," I asked.

This time it was Jasper who responded. "He is a Greek god, more of a Titan though. Anyways he's the Titan God of Destruction, the spawn of Chaos."

"Oh how great, I have a kid who possibly wants to kill all Evos. Fun," I said like a proud mother.

"His daughter is Hecate," my mom said.

"So?"

"So when your father and I were 'killed'," she air quoted. "We actually died, but she brought us back. I'm not for sure why. Maybe it was to piss her dad off I'm not for sure."

"So we have an angry Titan wanting to kill and a rebellious daughter on our side. How do we stop him," Stiles asked.

My mom and dad shared an uneasy look with each other. Neither of them responded.
Everyone's attention was snapped to the little girl who woke up crying. I cringed at her cry. The girl had some lungs on her. I don't know where she came from, they just brought her along.

She screamed louder while Ro tried to comfort her. I put my hands on my ears to block it, but it didn't work. Everyone else didn't seem fazed by it. But it sounded like 2 sirens going off in my head.

Luca looked at me alarmed and came over to me from the couch. I scooted over to the wall with my hands still at my ears. When he got close I held my hand out and he stopped, unable to move. I tried to calm down.

I sat shaking in the corner of the room staring at the little girl. Ro took a look at me and his eyes got big. Ro started for the stairs, but I stopped him.

"Nals," Stiles said, with his hands up. "Hey look at me. Just focus on me."

It took all my strength to take my eyes off the girl to look at him. Ro ran up the stairs with her in his arms as soon as I took my eyes off of them. I tried to get up, but I couldn't.

"Just sit for right now," Diomedes said to me.

"I'm fine, I swear," I said in my most calmest voice.

"I'll believe that when your eyes return to green and lose the killer look."

"Yeah Nala, you looked like you were about to rip Lily's head off," Tamara said.

When Lily stopped crying, I started to calm down. Diomedes let me go so I go out to get some air on the terrace. Luca came out to stand next to me. He looked concerned at, but didn't say anything. It was a windy cold afternoon, the sun was just now going down.
I looked back inside to see Ro and Lily on the couch.

"Something's wrong with Ro," Luca said.

"Yeah I know. I thought it was just me who noticed."

"They took away his memory. All of it. No one can help him, except you. And I don't think he trusts you so much right now."

"Well tough tacos. And I don't know how to return someone's memory," I said going over to sit on a chair next to the table. "What is with him and that girl?"

"Don't know, he wanted to save her, so here she is. I think she's about 2 or 3, we all decided we couldn't leave her. She's cool honestly, and sweet. Just give her time," he said giving me a hug before leaving.

I stayed out there for a little to calm and ready myself before I went in. Inside they were playing a game of duck, duck, goose and Lily was it. She tagged Luca and ran around. She ran into my legs, falling on the ground.

"Sorry," she said in small high pitched voice.

"S'okay," I said holding my hand out to help her back up. When she touched me her hand burned mine. I pulled away and stepped away from her. She cocked her head to the side confused.

"Maybe she's her kryptonite," Jasper mumbled.

Great I have only about 5 people that I really trust, my parents aren't dead anymore at least, a Titan God who wants to destroy all Evos and a little girl who literally just burned my hand. This should be fun.

Oh, just wait to see what I have in store for you.

The end. At least for now.
