How in the hell does a person control chaos? How is that even possible? Well for shit sakes I can make fire and lighting come off of me and that shouldn't have been possible. Goodness I really couldn't deal with this . Luca seemed to be handling everything pretty well. Actually I keep hearing him say no, yes, sometimes and maybe to Diomedes.

It wouldn't have been weird if I could actually hear him asking the questions Luca was answering. He went silent and looked at me, then whispered something only Diomedes could hear.

"What," I said.

They didn't say anything they just nodded their heads at each other. I really wish I could know what they were talking about. I didn't want to stand here looking lost anymore. I walked over to the swing by my house and sat down waiting. I wonder how everything is going back at home. The tunnels are my home now, even when I want to live in my real house.

The tunnels are always better for me. To be perfectly honest it's not even a tunnel for real anymore. No body uses it for anything.

Luca came walking over interrupting my mental lecture about my homes. He sat in front of me on the grass. He looked like he wanted to say something, but was afraid to say it. I knew because I could feel his emotions straining inside him.

"Can you just say what's on your mind. I can't read it like you," I said with a sigh.

"It's about you," he said with his head down.

"No shit. What about me?"

"Okay, just listen to me. You know how he said,"Luca said pointing to Diomedes who was by the curb sitting,"you can control chaos. Well chaos doesn't like to be controlled. It will fight you for everything you've got. It'll be 100 times harder to fight off and not let it control you. Once it has you, it won't let go. All you'll know is darkness. Diomedes asked if your eyes changed, so I told him yes. He asked if you get agitated a lot, I said sometimes. He asked if you were sad a lot, I said no. He told me since I was reading his mind and answering everything, to read yours."

"Luca, how could you,"I didn't yell but my voice came out very strong.

He looked up at me and held my gaze,"If you would let me finish. Damn girl don't jump to conclusions so quick. I told him no. It's not like I didn't want to, I just can't. I could before but now it's like you have this shield blocking your thoughts. I can get snippets of it, only if I concentrate. I don't really know what that means, just thought I should tell you."

"Yeah I get it. It's the same for me. I can't get a clear and exact read on your emotions, just very little hints."

"Hm weird. But I think Diomedes should talk to you. He's better at explaining it."

I got up not really wanting to talk to this man. It's kind of strange, I want his help, but he also repulses me. I always think of the night we met, wasn't so fun or pretty. I couldn't let that bother me because if I needed his help I'm going to have to get over that.

I was getting close to him and noticed what he was wearing. I knew it was fall and what not, but this man dressed like the cold air wasn't bothering him. Even his emotions said that he didn't feel the slightest bit of irritatedness from the cold. He had on jeans and a regular white v-neck shirt. I never noticed how muscular he looked. Not like a bodybuilder but not like a regular working man.

"So I'm guessing he told a little bit about you," Diomedes said in a low voice.

"Yeah he did. There's more to it isn't it," I said going down to sit next to him.

He nodded. "It can get really bad if you're not careful and too careful. Which means know about it, but don't do anything. It's very important you listen to me, if you don't you could possibly die. There's a reason not sure too many people are like you, they get too careful. Chaos sneaks up on them knowing their every move and kills them. Do you understand me?"
