Trust me 2

Time for an explanation

When they got to the room Sonic was still laying there trying to figure out what happened.

"Sonic?" Tails said.

He looked on the side and smiled.

"Hey." Sonic said.

"How you feeling?" Knuckles asked.

They were all a little nervous about what was happened when he finds out what he missed.

"Not bad. Confused about why we're still here after I stopped time and what happened."

They stood there a little uncomfortable about what was going to happen when he finds out.

Then he saw their wrists.

"Are those, communicators like mine and Knuckles'?" he asked looking at Tails.

"Yeah." Tails said.

"And why do you and Cream look older than eight and seven?" he asked getting suspicious.

"It's been four years since the day we fought him." Shadow said.

"WHAT?!"

"Shadow's been looking for you since and we've been fighting Eggman since. Amy, Cream and Rouge joined Team Sonic and Shadow's been leading us." Knuckles said.

"I thought I was dead."

"So did we but Shadow said you had to be out there somewhere." Tails said.

Shadow turned a little red while Sonic looked at him in shock and confused.

"OK then. So let's hear it. What have I missed? Every little thing."

So they sat down and told him what he missed.

When they were done Sonic was shocked at what happened for four years.

But was happy and proud of them.

"So, when we get home are you going to be the hero again?" Rouge asked. "We'll stay with you."

Sonic laid there thinking.

"I, I don't know guys." he said.

They stood there in shock.

"Did you just say you're done being the hero?" Knuckles asked.

"I might, I don't know."

"Come on Faker, you love being the hero and fighting doctor!" Shadow said.

Then he remembered what he said that night when they were fighting Dark Oak together.

"If the Planet Egg lets out all its energy, the others won't have enough time to get away. I have to move! CHAOS-" Super Sonic started but suddenly Super Shadow tried to punch him in the stomach but he moved before.

"Hold on, Faker!" Super Shadow said but Super Sonic was to fast causing him to fall toward the light.

"Sorry Shads, but I'm taking over. After all, I've been a hero since I was little, now it's time for you. You were more of a friend to me than I rival, take care of Mobius for me. " he said smiling a little. "Chaos Control!" he yelled and Final Mova was Chaos Controlled away.

"I've been a hero since I was little, now it's time for you." he said quietly catching everyone's attention.

"What did you say?" Knuckles asked.

"I've been a hero since I was little, now it's time for you." he said again. "You've been doing this since you were little haven't you? And know you were getting weaker and weaker."

They all looked at Sonic who nodded.

"I don't know how much Chaos I have left after fighting him since I was five." he said.

"Why didn't you tell us?" Tails asked. "Especially me! You took me in when we met up in the forest before we met Knuckles, Amy, Cream, everyone but Eggman."

"I didn't want to worry you."

They sighed and shook their head.

"Let's just let you get some rest and head home." Amy said and they nodded.

He shut his eyes and was back to sleep.

While they headed home they were silent.
