AIZAWA POV
I arrived at recovery girl's house in the nick of time. 3 minutes after Nezu called me.
" Thank god I was in the area"- I thought. I was working on a case of random me dying in the forest, specifically stabbed to death, drained of a little bit of blood. I run in her house as fast as my body can take me.
" RECOVERY GIRL, WHERE ARE YOU?!"- I yell throughout the echoey cottage.
" Over here!"- Recovery girl tries to yell back. I run to the source.
" Where did the boy go?"- I say and she points to the broken window. I quickly go closer to the window and I see a little blood on it.
" Recovery girl you healed him right?"- I turn to look at her.
" Yes, he must of cut himself from running through the glass."- Recovery girl answers. My eyes go wide.
" He ran through the glass!? I thought he just broke it with an object."- I say my thoughts aloud.
" Aizawa, go after the kid in the forest. I'm scared that he will fall into the river. He falls...... He'll definitely die."- Recovery girl says in a low voice, but I already jumped out of the window by then. I will not let a little boy die on my watch.
" AIZAWA, MAKE SURE YOU OR HIM DON'T FALL IN THE RIVER"- Chiyo yells to me.
" OK " - I yell back, entering the forest.

I was running for a while. Each second I was worried that the boy will die before I can get there. But a question floated in my mind as I was running. Why would he run away? He was with someone safe but maybe he didn't know that. It was weird. Maybe he heards Chiyo's conversation with Nezu, but that still doesn't make sense. Why would he run if he wants to go back to his parents? But maybe he doesn't. Chiyo did say He was severely injured and there were signs of abuse. The kid was missing an arm for god's sake! Then I stop when I see the river. I look around and see the boy about to get on the other side and I stare with concern.
" I know Chiyo said he looked bad, but..... I didn't expect this"- I thought. This kid was risking his life to get away from players, from his parents. My hesitation was my biggest mistake I ever made. He fell in and I never saw him come back to the surface.
" KID"- I yell, using my scaf to try and pull him up. Instead of the boy, my scaf pulled up a log. I looked down in shame.
" I could have saved him if I didn't hesitate." - I thought while looking down the river. Just standing there, wondering if I could have got him if I didn't hesitate. This was definitely the biggest mistake I have made in my whole career. It's like the saying .....
You can't save everyone.

IZUKU POV
I wake up to the feeling of the cold. My teeth were jittering, I was wet and it was extremely windy. I sat up and saw the new injuries I had gotten. A tree branch was stuck in my abdomen, my ankle was broken, and a huge deep cut was in the middle of my chest. I didn't feel any pain, but I didn't know what was at work.. The fact that I was numb or the pain resistance I've built over the years. I stood up.
" The branch isn't that big, I can make this work"- I say to myself. I start limping around, trying to find some shelter out of this cold wind.
Eventually I find a cave, covered in moss and had vines flowing over the entrance. There could be some wild beast in there but at this point , I was willing to take my chances. I wake in to the cave on high alert, using all my senses. But thank god nothing was in there. I sild down the wall shivering and look at the bracing in my abdomen. I wasn't losing any blood but if I were too take the branch out, that would be a whole nother story. I was not in a good situation, I didn't have access to food and water, I had some sever injuries, I am missing an arm. It feels like everytime I think I'm in the pits of hell, I get in a more worse situation. I had to rely on the knowledge I have learned this far.
