Bondita was sitting in a room and reading letter from Anirudh.

Dear Bondita,

Kaisi ho tum Bondita? Tumhara man to lag raha hai na wahan. Koi takleef to nahi ho rahi na? Aur tumhari padhai kaise chal rahi hai. Mughe asha hai tum achche se pad rahi hogi. Bas bondita kuch hafte aur, aur phir tum ham sabke saath hogi.  Tumhe sab bahut yaad karte hain aur sabse zyada to main. Kaka tumhari gud(jaggery) waali chai ko yaad karte hain, aur main tumhari coffee ko yaan phir kahun ki 'kaafi' ko. Bihari bnata to hai lekin uski coffee mein tumhari coffee ke jaisa swaad kahan hai. Tumhaare bina yeh ghar ghar nahi lagta. Aur batuk, batuk to kitna miss karta hai apni baudi ko kyuki koi nahi hai uske peeche bhaagne waala, use apne peeche bhgaane wala, usse roshogule cheenne waala. Aur haan, roshogule se yaad aaya, tum aaogi na to main mangwaunga kolkata se tumhare man pasand ek badaam waale roshogule bilkul jaise tumhe pasand hai, 8 handiyan na ek kam, na ek zyada. Lekin.....kya tumhe abhi bhi roshgule pasand hai? Kahi tumhari pasand badal to nahi gayi na kyuki tum to badi ho gayi hogi na ab tak. Koi baat nahi, tumhe jo pasand hoga vo bata dena, main tumhaare liye woh ch eez le aaunga. Achcha, ab main tumhara zyada wakt nahi lunga. Ab tum jaa kar padhai karo. Aur haan, main tumhe telephone bhi karunga. Apna dhyaan rakhna bondita.

Tumhaare sakha babu 

Bondita was in tears. 🥺🥺This had become a ritual now. She would cry everytime she would read her sakha babu's letters. Although, they would talk over telephone but there were some things that they could not speak on it so they used to write it in the letter. One such thing in this letter was Anirudh's fear that Bondita's favourite dish may have been changed from roshgulla to something other. But he didn't know that nothing had changed in her except her height and appearance. Bondita suddenly got called by someone to go to class and she wiped her tears, kept his letter in a safe place and went to the class.

Now, where was she? She was in London. Yes, she had gone to fulfil her and her sakha babu's dream of becoming a Barrister. After completing her studies in dalhousie, Anirudh decided to send her to London for further studies. There were two reasons for sending her. One was ofcourse of becoming a barrister and the other was that he wanted to safeguard her from the society. Now, it had been 4 years already and these 4 years were tough for both bondita and anirudh. They both struggled to live without each other. But, only 6 months were left. 

Now, Bondita's exams were starting. She was working very hard to fulfill their dream. She was studying day and night because she too wanted to top the college and become a gold medalist barrister just like her sakha babu. Suddenly, she heard phone ring. She ran towards it because she knew it was his sakha babu. She picked up the call.

Bondita:- Hello.
Anirudh:- Hello Bondita. Kaisi ho?
Bondita:- Sakha babu, main bilkul theek hu. Aap kaise hain.
Anirudh:- Main bhi bilkul theek hu Bondita. 
Bondita:- Aapko pata hai sakha babu, mere agle mahine se exams shuru hone waale hain.
Anirudh:- Agle mahine se? Bondita achche se padhna aur agar koi takleef ho to mughse pooch lena,koi bhi doubt mat rakhna aur....
Bondita:- Bas, bas sakh babu. Aap chinta mat kijiye, main achche se padhungi. Mughe lagta hai pariksha meri hai aur pareshaan aap hue jaa rahe hain. 
Anirudh:- Nahi bondita aisa kuch nahi hai. 
Bondita:- Ab aap shaanti se so jaaiye. Wahan, bahut raat ho gayi hogyi na kyuki London ka time India se 4 ghante peeche hai na. 
Anirudh:- Haan bondita. Aur tum bhi samay par so jaana, zyada der tak padhti mat rehna.
Bondita:- Theek hai sakha babu. Khyaal rakhiega, main kal phir phone karunga.
Anirudh:- Haan bondita, main intezaar karunga. (He disconnected the call.)

Bondita:- Ab kaise batau aapko sakha babu, kitni ghabrahat ho rahi hai mughe. Aapko bata deti to aap tension mein aa jaate. Abhi to bataya bhi nahi to itni chinta kar rahe the. Chalo, ab main padh lun.
