Chapter 5: HANCOCK!

After the reunion with Mihawk, you made your way back home. You got his phone number along with a promise to catch up when he's free. You even thought about calling him later tonight just for fun. That's if, you can resist messaging him right now.

And let's be real, that's to be expected. Now that you both are connected again, the next step would be reviving the feelings. For the both of you.

Even though you're attention was directed to Mihawk and Mihawk only earlier, you didn't forget about the whole gang thing. 

Let's be real though, you weren't so innocent. That's already obvious by having connections- strong connections with Crocodile. God knows what shady shit he does in the background. Not only that but you're a Newgate. 

Speaking of Families. The trio is not adopted by your father, rather they are given a home. 

Luffy is still Monkey D. Luffy, son of the infamous Dragon and grandson to the Hero, Garp. Along with Sabo who is under Dragon's guardianship. After a certain incident in the past that lead to both his parents to their deaths.

If both of them need some legal papers to be signed, Dragon and Garp are who they go to, not Whitebeard.

 Although Ace wanted to be adopted by Whitebeard, you along with your father denied him. After all, Roger is still alive, along with Rouge on the outskirts of town (No one knows exactly where). His legal papers cite "Gol D. Ace" but he's more known as "Portgas D. Ace", such as in school (It's an automatic understanding). Both names work fine for him. 

Taking him in is like stealing a son from the couple. Everyone knows how rocky Ace and his father's relationship is and both you and Whitebeard will not be adding salt on that wound by legalizing the papers to take him in. Although Roger understands the bad blood between him and his son. 

But you're pushing Ace and Roger on fixing that relationship. 

You stopped by the roadside and fished out your phone.

<"Talk to the kids..."> you thought to yourself as you got ready to drive again but someone knocked on the window of your car door. You raised an eyebrow before having the window retreat down.

"Hi! How can I-"

"When they said you were back in town, I didn't believe them because I thought you would have informed me yourself, Y/N." She wore a sexy outfit long enough to pool on her feet with a slit on her left thigh and a V-shaped neckline so low it lefts too little to the imagination. The accents and the patterns of the dress were so familiar. 

Snakes and flowers.

You smiled before stepping out of the car making her step back.

"Boa Hancock. Long time no see, Kuja Empress."

Mihawk was at the teacher's lounge with his phone in the pocket of his pants. Every now and then, he takes it out to see if you had texted or a notification about you has popped. He barely had his focus on any of the tasks at hand. Yet of course... People cannot tell. For him though, he knows he got it bad.
