The group headed down to the garages under the Tops, and began working on the runners of Yusei and Noah. Replacing old parts with brand new ones, to help make the runners more efficient. Noah's runner, was blood red in colour, with very intricate stem like side panels, with what looked like thorns coming out the sides. Whilst the twins were helping to clean his runner, now that it had been fully upgraded, Noah turned his attention to Yusei's runner. At least, until he heard another runner approaching them. He turned to look out, and saw the unmistakable white runner of Jack Atlas, who was being followed by a black car behind. When he saw Jack, he clenched his fists tightly. Remembering what he had taken from him.
-FLASHBACK-
Jack, Yusei and Noah were still really close friends after the Enforcers fell apart. With Noah being very savvy at finding cards for the kids that were under Martha's care to use, and to duel with. "Uncle Noah? What's that around your neck?" One of the kids pointed to a necklace that Noah had around his neck, Noah looked down and lifted it up into the light.

"This, was given to me by someone very precious to me. Someone I miss very dearly. I'd never part with it, it means way too much to me." He twiddled the necklace in his fingers, before tucking it back under his shirt. Jack saw this, and with what he was planning to do next, he had the perfect thing, to lure Noah into New Domino City.
-FLASHBACK END-
Before anyone could react, Noah was already making his way towards Jack. Bad intentions on his mind, and as soon Jack took his helmet off, Noah slammed his fist into Jack's cheek sending him sprawling on the floor. Noah would've gone in for more, if it weren't for Yusei and the twins trying to hold him back. "You've got some nerve Atlas, after what you stole from me!" Noah spat at Jack's feet, as a blue haired woman came darting out of the car to check on him. Before turning her fury at Noah. "How dare you strike Mr Atlas like that! I should have you arrested!" She began, before Jack swiftly shut her down. "Relax Mina." Jack started out, before spitting some blood out onto the pavement. "I deserved that one. But you won't get another shot, besides I'm giving you both back what I took. It was the only way, to lure you both here, and now that you are here I can have a true challenge in the tournament."
Jack then tossed Yusei his Stardust Dragon back, before handing the necklace that was so precious to Noah back, and he immediately placed it around his neck. "Don't think I'm forgiving you Atlas, you stole the only thing of that life I had left, and I'm gonna make you pay in the tournament, for every moment it was away from me!" Noah then turned himself around, and went back to working on Yusei's runner. "Just so you know Noah, I'm looking forward to you and her taking each other on. I heard Goodwin personally invited her, though he had to go through some group called the Arcadia Movement, and their leader Sayer to entice her. Watching your pathetically weak Ice Barrier deck, get trounced by the Black Rose, is going to make for perfect viewing for my rabid fanbase." Jack had gotten back in his runner at this point, and had sped away, still tasting the iron from his blood in his mouth.
