The Blood Rose Blooms: Part 2

"Looking a little worse for wear, aren't you Noah?" Her smile never faded from her face, as she watched her former friend slowly rise to his feet once again. "You should know me by now Akiza, I'm not one to back down from anything, and I've got just the counter for your Dragon." He mused, smiling at her whilst taking in deep breaths. Her face scrunched up in annoyance, knowing full well if anyone could beat her, it was him. "Well then, let's see you do it! I end my turn." Noah quickly drew a card from his deck, now having four in his hand once again.

"First I play the spell card, Graceful Charity, which allows me to draw 3 cards, but I have to discard two from my hand." Noah then picks up three cards from his deck, and tosses out Dark Verger and Rose Lover to his graveyard. "Next I activate the spell card, double summon! This allows me to summon twice this turn. But before I summon my first monster, I activate my trap card! Blooming of the darkest Rose! Here's how it works, if you had a field spell on the field or in the graveyard, you'd be given a rose token, the same would happen with me. As you know, I have one field spell in my graveyard thanks to you, so I am granted one Rose token!" A level two Rose token then appeared in defence mode, with 800 defence. "Next, I summon Copy Plant to my side of the field! Transforming him into my Rose token. Grants him the same level as my token." Copy plant Rose up, now looking exactly like his Rose token. "Then through his ability, Dark Verger rises from my graveyard. Then I tune my 3 level 2 monsters together! To synchro summon, Splendid Rose!" A plant type synchro monster then rose up from the field, in a half green half black attire with rose petals on his feet, and throned whip from his hands.

"I now activate the ability of my Rose Lover! By banishing her from my graveyard, I can special summon one plant type monster from my hand. With her effect I summon, Angel Trumpeter!" A level 4 plant type timer monster was summoned, holding a flower to it's mouth as a trumpet, with leaves covering it's body. "The stage it set Akiza, this card I'm about to summon, along with your Black Rose and the necklaces we both wear, is the proof of our bonds! Deny it all you want, Sayer can't hide them from you any more!" Noah's arm then began glowing brighter than anyone else's, as some sort of dragon head appeared on his arm. "Now! I tune my level 4 Angel Trumpeter with my level 6 Splendid Rose!"

With that four green circles now enveloped Splendid Rose, which in turn transformed into 6 white stars. As the marks on the arms of the signers became brighter, as the pain of their marks increased. "Through the blood of it's fallen comrades, this rose comes into full bloom!" In a blinding flash of light, the green circles and white stars vanish, as the light then slams hard into the ground. Petals starting float away in the winds. "Synchro Summon! Come into Bloom, Blood Rose Dragon!" With that a blood coloured dragon surrounded by Rose petals made it's presence felt, as it stared down it's counterpart. Akiza gasped in awe, as the Blood Rose Dragon arrived, the dragons attack standing at 3200. Akiza's hand reached for her neck, pulling out the Blood Rose Necklace, that she had been wearing this entire duel. "You had it on?" To say he was surprised she was wearing it was an understatement, especially after what she had said to him previously. Her powers after seeing Blood Rose Dragon had all but subsided, as she clutched onto the necklace he had given her tightly. "You know what happens now Akiza. My dragons effects activate. First all cards on our graves are removed from play, and then all other cards besides Blood Rose are destroyed." With that the entire field had been cleared, and all that was left was for Noah to play his final card. "As I still have a summon left, I play Lord Poison. Both my monsters attack! End this duel and help me safe her, once and for all!"
