"This house is huge..." I trailed off running my fingers over the beige marble in the kitchen.
Yeah the whole house sits on .88 of an acre out of 24 for the whole property. There is six bedrooms, 9 bathrooms 7 are full abs the living area is 10,000 square feet" Regina said opening the fridge to reveal a fully stocked fridge.
"It's all blood." I said uneasy.
"Sorry about that... like I said this is my summer home, but you guys can live here." She closed the fridge turning back to us.
"Thanks again Regina, it's nice seeing you again" Sarg smiled. Sarg smiled, he actually smiled. Regina seemed flustered and hurried out.
"You like her!" I exclaimed starting him. Little ol' me startled him, he seriously does.
"What! Nooooooo she's a vampire it'd never work." He shrugged and opened the fridge beginning to remove the hundreds of blood packets.
"Sarg you smiled and then I startled you don't denie it and so what if she's a vampire." I reasoned rummaging through the cabinet looking for a glass.
"Drop it Tessa. You start school in two months go to the mall and meet some kids your age or go grocery shopping" he barked at me. Ah were all back to normal I see

I decided to go to the grocery store instead of the mall because quite frankly I'm not ready to meet new people I have yet to figure out what happened back in the desert do I even have a power anymore? If I do what is it?
I was strolling through the ice cream section and I was shoved into the glass door abruptly forcing my nose to get crushed in front of some moose tracks.
"Hey!" I yelled and turned around to see a drop dead gorgeous man standing there awkwardly.
"Sorry" he said shyly "they pushed me into you" he pointed to his laughing friends who now doubled over in laughter when I glanced towards them.
"It's - it's o-okay" I stammered flustered from his appearance.
"I'm Luke by the way" he smirked slightly and went to turn to leave after I just gawked at him.
"No no no! I'm..." Shit should I use my real name? "Rachel" I decided to go against my real name and go with one from my recent obsession the tv series "Friends"
"Nice meeting you Rachel..." he mumbled something incoherent and walked back to his friends who patted him on the back and ventured off into the pharmaceutical area.
I went on with my day with a goofy smile on my face I decided to buy the moose tracks as a reminder and the fact it's my favorite ice cream. I bought the essentials and then lots of junk like doritos, gummy snacks, and oreos.
"Sarg can you hel- woah nevermind" I had walked into Sarg and Regina getting it on in the kitchen.
