It doesn't look like a copied work to me except the fact that it's always a coming back ex. I wouldn't judge you on that though. It may be the same plot buy different setup. So from what I've read it's quite original

This is the part I wanted to come to. I would be 100% real with you here. The plot of the story is not really understandable. Yes, you are writing based on two different places Nigeria and well let me say America. There are some logics you're meant to use to make the storyline great and interesting.
Grammar: 6
Wow wow, like I said you really need to take out time and edit your book. It wasn't easy reading it while noticing grammatical errors, punctuation errors and all that.
Emotion: 7
Not going to lie, I felt a little bit of emotion while reading their various thoughts about each other. Especially on the girls side, there would always come a point life when you'd miss that ex friend, ex partner or ex lover so it really touched my soul
Enjoyment: 7
It's my home country!!
And yes excluding the little mistakes I really enjoyed each chapter
