Taryn tightly clutched her briefcase as she walked in through the gates of Loyalmont College Preparatory. This school was an exclusive all girls high school that was located in the middle of the Parkins Valley. Her family sent her there because her mother was an alumni and enjoyed her time there. The encouragement to attend Loyalmont made Taryn not want to go. Unlike her mother, Taryn wasn't very social and she was in a group of friends she liked being with. She earnestly did not want to move and despite her protests it was decided that she would attend. Taryn took the examination, which in fact was not very hard, and was accepted in Loyalmont. Her mother even got emotional when sending Taryn off, saying how proud she was.

As Taryn stood in the courtyard of the school, the bell rang. She joined the group of people that had a sign that said "Lower Grade". Taryn saw a girl approached and pretended to be using her phone.

"Lower grade?" questioned the girl.

Taryn glanced up from her phone to see the girl. The girl looked a bit older than she did and rocked a wolf cut. The girl carried a duffel bag that looked as if it was empty.

Taryn, who was a combination of annoyed and disappointed because she thought she could indicate that she had no interest in conversing, replied,"Yea, I'm in the lower grade. And you are?"

"I'm in the middle grade. I am the one leading this tour today."

The girl walked past Taryn and made it to a planter. She then made her way up and stood on it, megaphone on hand.

"Hi lower grade! My name is Phoenix and I will be showing you our incredible campus."

Taryn and the rest of the girls followed Phoenix inside of the huge entrance hall.

"This is called 'Rockley Hall', named after Loyalmont's founder, Elsie Rockley. And not to exaggerate, but this is the best area in this place."

Phoenix moved her arm and Taryn saw a row of vending machines. On the right of the row, there was a glass room that had multiple tables with computers on them.

"Rockley Hall has the best facilities in the building so take advantage of that. Follow me."

They made their way into a corridor. As Phoenix spoke, her voice echoed throughout the corridor.

"While we are on our way to our dorms, you might notice a common phrase on the wall. 'Honesty is the best policy'. In 1967, Elsie Rockley built this school from the ground up. She had a business partner, Jonas Dai. They had met as students and were working on a science experiment that could change the world. When the experiment turned out to be a success, Jonas went off and took all the credit that was owed to Elsie. So basically this school was created because Elsie wanted young girls to not be in the shadow of men as men and women are supposed to be equal. I told you that story because it was meant to motivate you to do your best while you're here."

Before they knew it the group of girls led by Phoenix arrived at the dormitory.

Phoenix shushed the girls and spoke, "This is where I will be leaving you with Yvenne. She will bring you around the classrooms and the rest of the campus. "

Taryn, back home, had a problem with people making her do there homework and stealing her work. She realized that going to Loyalmont College Preparatory might not be absolutely terrible. If honesty was the case, she had nothing to worry about.
