Chapter 11

Dinah's pov

I was so worried about Elizabeth. I know that the kid she with is her friend, but I just don't want her to get hurt again.

Eventually Elizabeth came in, but she told me to follow her. I did.

Her friend who named was David, ask to go for a walk. I may not know who he is, but I said yes.

"So I don't know if I should be worried about the fact that I left Elizabeth in there. She told me what happen, but didn't tell me every detail. It's my job to protect her. So I thought you would tell me. So what happen?", David asked.

"Its not my-",

"Please Dinah. You have no idea how hard it is for me to not find out what happen.", he was pleading. We sat down on a bench.

"Okay, so a lot of shit is going on with her. She won't tell us anything, but hopefully she will. So a friend of ours has a little sister name Madison. Maddie for short."

"Oh her, I met her the other day when Elizabeth was at the mall", David said

"Yeah her. Anyway, Elizabeth wouldn't forgive her about why she was mad when she was mad at her for no reason. Maddie ask for forgiveness. Of course Elizabeth said no. Later that day, Maddie ask again. This time Elizabeth said she forgive her. But Maddie started saying that Elizabeth needed to know that she meant it for real. Next thing we know, Maddie is attacking Elizabeth. Elizabeth was was throwing up blood after Maddie was remove. I took her to the living room. Something happen. I don't know what it was. But I'm pretty sure that, that moment it wasn't Elizabeth's first time experiencing getting attack. We tried to clean her up, but she was in her own world saying not to touch her or hurt her. It broke me. She eventually went upstairs. She was saying how she wanted to be with her parents again. But Elizabeth trusts me now. She gave me a second chance. So I am going to do whatever it takes to get her to open up to me.", I said to him.

"I'm glad she a bit okay. I'm glad she also trusting you. Its takes at least 2 years for someone to get Eli trust. She must really likes you if she suddenly trusted and gave you a second chance. Also a suggestion, don't blow it. But I'm not okay that the fact that someone in that house has already hurt her. I'm not so sure if she should even stay in that house with all of you.", he said.

"Oh heck no. No one is taking her away from me. That girl gone through of lot of shit!! There is no way she going back to that orphanage. She may be a bitch, and a brat when we met her, but that what makes her all badass. She makes herself tough, but inside she broken. She needs someone to be there for her. And I want to be there for her. She needs me, like I need her. I may not know a lot about her, but her mouth say she fine, but her eyes say another. I know she been through a lot of shit in her life. She so strong after all the crap she deal. I adore her. I love her. And if she gets taken away from me, I WILL FIGHT to get her back. She my baby girl, and I love her!!", I was so furious that this kid thought about Elizabeth not living with us anymore.

"Dinah, may I just say, YOU OFFICIALLY EARNED MY TRUST. No one has ever stood up to Eli beside me and my other best friend like that. You have just proven a little about loving her. You're right. She does need someone in her life. Another person. And I'm glad I tricked you.", he than took out his phone and stop recording. "Now come on. We need to head back, and tell Eli I approve of you. Before she thinks I beat you up." He took his hand up to help me stand. He such a gentleman.

We walked back home.

"Oh and Dinah? Hurt her, and I swear you will not see ever again. Yet, live? Do I make myself clear?", he said. This kid may be young, but he so muscular, and a bit tall, and he kinda already scrares me.

"Yes, David. I'm also glad that Elizabeth has a great friend like you. Its was great to meet you."

"You too. Thanks for letting me take you out and talk. Also I really appreciate how you care about Elizabeth. Please, don't do anything stupid. She has gone through a lot of shit. Its scares me that one day I might lose her.", He said. I hug him.

"Don't worry. I'll treat her good. I'll have her safe with me."

"Thanks. Also here my number. If there any problem with Eli, please give me a call or text. No matter what time is it, don't hesitate. I know a lot about her, and I'll be gladly to help you on whatever you need.", He said. I gladly accept his number. We walked in the house.

Elizabeth ran to me, and gave me a hug. Wow, that a first. She than let go and hug David.

"DINAH!!!" All the girls saw and ran to hug me.

I only went out to talk. Not to the UK.

"Um girls, I would like you to meet David. He a great friend of Elizabeth.", I said. They all shook his hand.

"We met already." Maddie said.

"Listen kid, whatever problems you have toward me, tell me now. But hurt my baby sister again, and you will never ever see light in your life again. Mess with me, that fine. But mess with my family, that when you cross the line. I don't care about how precious your life is. I don't care if you're famous. I don't care if I get sent to jail, don't you ever lay a finger on my baby. Got it? That goes for all of you too", he said. All the girls were scared as shit. They all nodded. I'm surprised Demi didn't even say anything. She normally doesn't give a fuck about anything.

"Well its was a honor of meeting y'all. Elizabeth, remember what I told you. Okay? Dinah? Thanks again", with that he left.

"Damn, that kid already scares me.", Normani said. Maddie was really pale.

"He didn't mean what he said. Right?" She looked at Demi.

"Ohh he meant it." I said. Everyone eyes sent bold.

"Elizabeth come with me. I want to talk to you." I lead Elizabeth upstairs to my room.
