- So, how are we going to kidnap him?

They were hiding in a dark hallway, with no light. It was the perfect place to spy on the 3 people on the other side of the road. There was sure the odour of old fish and garbage but it was dark enough to be invisible to the other's look. When the three lovers where moving, they could follow them through the many other paths attached to each other, all darker one after the other.
Arlen Farrington, their next victim. From the information, this guy wouldn't be too hard to kidnap. Just had to make the two "bodyguards" disappear.

- Ok, started Suziky, I will kidnap Arlen. I let you take care of the lovers.

- I finally have the chance to...

- Kill? No! cut Suziky before Alan had the chance to pronounce anything.

- I was going to say "have some action".

- Fine then. Anyways, you will distract them away from Arlen.

- How? I'm not good at diversion.

Suziky let a big sigh out and walked away from Alan. This one followed her and when she stopped, he did the same.

- See the bag he's wearing? asked the young woman, pointing the little backpack Arlen was travelling.

- Yea, answered Alan. You want me to steal it?

- Kinda, continued Suziky. Run into them and make Arlen fall. Then grab the bag and walk away.

- What will you do then? Stealing the bag won't do anything really helpful.

- Think with your stupid head, dummy! said the girl, poking his forehead with her finger.

- Ouch! Leave me alone with your witchy finger and tell me what the rest of the plan is.

- When you'll be leaving, I will do like I saw everything and will tell them that you got Arlen's bag. Then...

- The two lovers will act and run after me! guessed Alan. Not bad, miss Dove.

- Don't call me that, the leader doesn't consider me like one still.

When Suziky went to see the boss of the Black Doves a month ago, he told her in clear words that she wouldn't be part of the community until she does a real feat. Even though, Alan had to mark her with the gang's symbol, a dove curved on a body part, then painted in black with ash. She remember how painful it was.

- Anyways, are we doing this or not? restarted Suziky, leaving her thoughts in the past.

- Of course, it's our only option in mind. Unless you have another idea...

- If it fails, I will bring the boys to my "house" so we can have a nice "talk".

- I like how you exaggerate the quotation marks with your fingers.

- Concentrate a little, would you?

Suziky opened her bag and took a costume out – an old dress and a hood with a grey wig that she found at the back of the car. After asking Alan to turn away, she got in it and covered her face with the hood to finish the costume. While that, Alan was spying on the couple's moves and tried to describe the path he would take to not mess everything up.

- Ok, let's go, said Suziky after some planification. Wait at least three long minutes before getting out. It will give me time to find myself a place where I'll be able to see you and the boys.

- I trust you, Suzy, Alan told her before leaving the hallway in her costume.

. . .

Suziky was now walking through the crowd. Even if it was now midnight, many people were there tonight. « Must be some kind of special day », thought Suziky while walking to a table near a coffee shop. From there, she could see almost everyone, especially the three young men.
Arlen was looking at Isaiah, the oldest one. He was 19 years old and was the boyfriend of Arlen. His brown curly hair didn't really have something special but his green eyes were really deep like a big unfinished forest. For the other guy, Taylor, he was standing near the victim, holding him close and kissing his neck to the view of everybody. His long black hair were tied in a ponytail and his glasses were holding still on his little nose covered of freckles.
As for Arlen, he was smiling and laughing like a little kid. Seeing him in the arms of Taylor made Suziky feel bad for what she was about to do tonight. They looked cute all together, between lovers, passing a good time outside, under the shinning stars and moon. And Suziky was going to break this paradise with the help of Alan, which wasn't what she wished for. It was breaking her.
She turned her look away from the three lover birds and made eye contact with Alan who was now on the same side of the road as the couple. His eyes were completely empty at this moment of the mission, like every other missions he had to do. He was always cleaning his mind before a crime he once told Suziky. He also mentioned that it was helping him doing the bad things.
Passing in action from the sign Suziky gave him, Alan walked beside the street, his hands in his pockets. Acting like a total stranger, he bumped in Arlen and Taylor. The two lover fell on the pavement, surprised, and Alan faked his fall to end up near the bag. After saying some words to the boys, which were inaudible for Suziky, Alan stood back up and gave a hand to Arlen, then Taylor who stood back up on his own.
Isaiah, who did nothing from the start, cleaned the dust away from Taylor's clothes while Alan was doing the same on Arlen's side. He was acting totally unsuspicious. He talked a while with the couple after apologizing to them multiple times and was even laughing with them near the end of their conversation. While Suziky kept on eye on them, Alan shook the hand of Arlen as a goodbye and did the same with the two other lovers. Then, he put his hands back in his pocket after waving them and walked away.
Suziky, who saw everything from the beginning, let a slight smile of satisfaction on her lips as she knew that the bag was in Alan's black jacket.
