chapter 18

the companies had a meeting and now, they're getting ready for photoshoot.

after awhile, they're done. they posted it everywhere.

minji said they should post it in social media so she  made an instagram, facebook, and twitter account.

in a matter of seconds, a lot of likes, shares/retweets were seen in their notifications. a lot of orders came.

when the shareholders saw that, they called for a meeting with their child.

when the shareholders came, minji was nervous but she shook it off. when she saw some of the son of one of the shareholders, she was shocked.

"oh? noona?" it was hyunjin. minji bowed at him.

"hello." she said and smiled at him.

"son, you know her?" hyunjin's dad asked.

"yes dad. she's one of my close friends." hyunjin said and smiled.

they all sat and started the meeting. they were all imptessed by minji and younghoon.

especially minji, the only girl in the CEOs children. someone barged in and it was one of minji's friends also.

"i'm sorry i was late. i had to arrange something with my friends." her friend said.

minji bowed at him and he was also shocked.

"you may seat." minji said. he chuckled at her.

"may i ask how old are you?" hyunjin's dad asked.

"i am 22 years old. born in november 1998." she said.

a lot of shareholders said that their son was the same age as her or such. hyunjin chuckled.

"i'm impressed minji." one suddenly said.

"thank you for the compliment johnny." she said and they both chuckled.

"oohh, you also know her son. minji is quite friendly huh?" johnny's dad said.

"yeah she is. she's close with us and hyunjin's group of friends only. oh and younghoon's." johnny said.

"i was impressed also because of how the sales suddenly goes up." one of the shareholders said.

"we were planning on collaboration with some of our friends' companies and we will endorse the product. we will collab with an acessories and apparel company, footwear company, and lastly, a watches and jewelry company." minji said and the shareholders nodded.

"okay. we'll look forward to that." hyunjin's father said.

"okay then if that's the case, the meeting is dismissed." their mother said and they all bowed to each other.

while younghoon, minji, johnny, and hyunjin talked to each other.

"so, how are you and your little crush?" johnny asked.

"she confessed already hyung." hyunjin said and chuckled.

"well now they're dating." younghoon said and smirked.

"why the hell am i with these guys." she said and sighed.

"we've never met your crush. only jungwoo and doyoung did." johnny said.

minji showed him a picture of changmin and johnny nodded.

"he looks good." johnny said.

"i knew you're gonna end up dating changmin hyung. does minho hyung already know?" hyunjin asked.

"not yet. i haven't told him yet." minji said.

"oooh. he would be jealous." hyunjin said.

"no he won't be. oh i mean... i don't know." minji said.

they all laughed and bid goodbyes to each other.

speaking of minho, when he saw the siblings endorsing their own products, he came over. minji was shocked.

"why do you look so shocked? did you do something wrong?" minho said and laughed.

"yes she did." younghoon said that made minji smack his arm.

"what is it?" minho asked.

"i'm dating changmin." she rapped. she was too nervous.

"really? i'm proud of you. you finally got to date him." minho said and rolled his eyes.

"aren't you mad or something?" minji asked.

"why would i be mad?" minho asked and chuckled.

"well we're dating for a month already." minji said, playing with her hands.

minho noticed and ruffled her hair.

"it's fine. i know that you two will end up with each other." minho said and smiled.

the confession made his heart ache. knowing that the person he loved, is taken already.

unfortunately, he fell for her once again. he's already contented with being friends with her.

he knows that he doesn't have a chance, but he can't stop his feelings. he's already happy when the one he loves is also happy.
