Hello!! Here is another part for yall! Sorry it came out a little later than I was expecting, been mostly manifesting for Kazuha and watching Free! because I started that recently. I'm about halfway through s2 and its so good so far!! The ahaha plot is looking great so far if you know what I mean 😌😌

 Also! The Hu Tao story won't be ending anytime soon since I have a lot I want to happen before it does, but! Do you guys have any recommendations/requests on what I should write next? It doesn't have to be a specific character x reader either, it can be ships too! Like I was thinking of one with Zhongli and Childe for all you Chili shippers 😌🙏

It also doesn't have to be Genshin either! Any anime I've seen I'll take into consideration

Hu Tao | "Boo!"

(Y/N) | Off guard, you jumped a little before noticing who it was. Your face lit up as you jumped up and hugged her. You didn't really think about what you just did, it was more of a natural reaction. "Hu Tao! You're back!"

Hu Tao | She laughed, smiling a little. "My, was Zhongli that bad?"

(Y/N) | "I- er- oh ah, he wasn't bad! Just didn't expect to see you here I suppose." You respond, stepping back. "I thought you said you were heading back to Wuwang Hill. What are you doing here?"

Hu Tao | "Heh, well you see, I did go back but there wasn't any sign of trouble. And since I had nothing else better to do, I thought you'd be lonely here without me so I came back!" She exclaimed in sort of a joking manner.

(Y/N) | "Oh, I see. Its strange that the Fatui or something weren't there. Last time I was there they were swarming it huh?"

Hu Tao | "Hehe, weird right? I wonder why they're so obsessed with it all the time. Hmmm, could they be interested in the domain there? Or what if they are just potential customers? No no, if that was the case they should've just asked more politely!" She said with a small huff, sitting down on the grass with her feet out and hands beside her.

As Hu Tao was rambling you were lost in thought again, also thinking of a possible reason why. Why would they be all over Wuwang Hill, then suddenly be nowhere to be seen? What was the reason behind it? Are they planning to do something with Wuwang Hill? Huh, maybe I'm just overthinking. I mean, I'm sure there's a Fatui problem in the other nations too. That is kind of what they're known for, after all. Problems. You shake your head to get rid of the thoughts, now's not the time to be fretting over the Fatui. After all, the Lantern Rite is about to begin and Hu Tao showed up right before it! You should be happy, not concerned. But still, you couldn't get rid of this feeling in your gut. No matter how many times you tried to drop it, it stayed. You didn't want to ruin Hu Tao's time here either, since she did come back for you after all. You decided to forget about it and sit down beside her. You looked up into the sky to see the lanterns starting to float up and away from the harbor. The sight was breathtaking, and it left you and Hu Tao in silence as you took in the view from above.

(Y/N) | "I never knew Liyue was this beautiful at night." You murmur, still watching as more lanterns were being lifted into the sky.

Hu Tao | "Hehe, its like a whole different place, huh?" She giggled before looking over at you. "Say, are you a master with finding your way around Liyue?"
