Chapter 10

I jump over fallen trees, and ducked under branches while I ran. "I can't believe it. After 3 months of training, I finally did it. I finally teleported...Why did it take me getting forced into a relationship, and getting stressed about the fate of my friends to finally teleport???" I thought, as I run through the forest. After a while, I stop running, duck behind a huge log, and take a break. As I try and catch my breath, I can't help but to giggle with excitement. I finally did something useful with my soul, and it'll definitely help me get reinforcements. While I'm resting, I hear a twig snap, and I freeze. I slowly peak over the log, and see Killer and Dust. "Jeez Kills, your phone's blowing up." Dust said, casually. Killer looks at his phone, and he looks worried. "Apparently Y/N escaped the castle. Well that's just bad timing there. We just got done decorating for their wedding, and now there's a runaway bride?" Killer said, scrolling through his phone. "Oh boy. Looks like he's extremely angry." Dust said, looking at the texts. Killer puts his phone in his pocket, and pulls out a knife. "Ooo. Looks like we have to go on a treasure hunt." Dust said, while summoning a bone attack. They both smiled sinisterly at each other, and Dust walks off, but Killer stays there. He puts the knife away, and sighs. "Y/N, I know you're around here. Come out. I'm not going to snitch you out." He said, softly. I stay right where I am. I'm too scared to even move. That, and I can't tell if he actually is trying to help me or not. "Y/N, it's ok. Just come out." He said, looking around. I sigh, and walk out slowly. "This better not be a trick." I say looking towards the direction Dust went. "Ok, first question. How in the actual HELL did you get out of the castle?" He asked, confused. I quickly explain how I got out, but not why. "Now then, why'd you escape?" He asked. I sigh, obviously annoyed. "Of course that would be the next question he asks." I thought. "I just wanted to be outside by myself and calm down for a moment. Nightmare and I had an argument about the Star Sanses." I said, quickly. I'm technically not lying, but at the same time, I am. Killer just nodded his head, and also looked in the direction Dust went. "Listen, I'm pretty sure you're lying, and you have something else in mind. But don't worry, I'm willing to help." He said quickly and quietly. I look at him with a confused look. "Did you say what I thought you just said?" I thought. "It's not because I care about them or anything, I don't care if one of them gets hurt or anything like that. I mainly care about you. I don't know why, but it kinda hurts seeing you worry about them." He said, rubbing the back of his skull. I can't believe what I'm hearing. Again, I can't tell if he's lying or not. "I don't think I can afford to not trust him..." I thought, as I sigh. "Fine, you got me...I'm trying to get reinforcements to help me get the Star Sanses out of this AU. I don't care if I get out or not, I just want them out safe and sound." I say, in a guilty tone. Killer doesn't say anything for a moment, then smiles. "Ok, I can call someone to come get them at night. You'll need to say you're goodbyes before they go. Now, let's go back to the castle so Nightmare doesn't freak out more than he has." Killer said, while pulling his phone out. He opens a texting app, and shows me it. On the app, there's a conversation between Killer and Nightmare, where Nightmare is spamming messages to Killer. The messages read "Did you find her yet???", "Is Y/N alright???", and "ANSWER ME DAMMIT". I groan in annoyance and nodded my head. Killer grabs my wrist, and guides me through the forest. When we get back to the castle, Nightmare is there waiting in the throne room. When he saw me and Killer, he immediately went up to me and hugged me. Tightly. "I'm sorry. I'm so so so so sorry. Don't EVER do something like that ever again. I was scared to DEATH that something happened to you." He said, quietly. I don't say anything to him, but I do look over at Killer, and mouth the words "thank you" to him. He gives me two thumbs up.

"What's taking her so long?" I ask Killer. It's literally 10 pm right now. I really want to go to bed, but Y/N is taking too long. "She just wanted to talk with the Star Sanses, is that such a bad thing?" He asked. "Well obviously." I say, annoyed. I'm starting to get impatient. I want Y/N to stop talking to the Star Sanses, and pay attention to me. I sigh, and go inside the dungeon to get Y/N. I get to the bottom of the the stairs and see her hugging Blue. I roll my eyes and clear my throat. They look towards me, then at each other. Y/N stood up, waved goodbye to them, and walked towards me. I grabbed her hand and went to our room to turn in for the night. When I woke up, however, Y/N wasn't next to me. I can feel the panic start rising in me again, until I hear a soft voice come from the bedroom door. "Nightmare? Error needs to talk to you." The voice said. I look towards the direction of the voice, and immediately felt the panic sizzle out. I get up from the bed, and give Y/N a hug. "You scared me again." I said softly. "Sorry. I was hungry." She said casually. She then leaves, and I get changed into different clothes. When I went to the dining room, Error was pacing back and forth. Error saw me, and immediately walked towards me. "Boss, the Star Sanses aren't in their cells. I'm positive they escaped." He said, while panicking. "Excuse me, what?! Are you sure they escaped? There's no way they could've escaped..." I said, in disbelief. He nodded his head, and I sigh in annoyance. "It's ok, we can deal with them later. Right now, there are bigger things to worry about." I say, while making sure Y/N doesn't do anything to hurt herself or whatever. "Like getting the outfits and the cake for the wedding." I thought. Error nodded his head, and walked out of the room. I get a plate of food, and sit with Y/N. Being around her makes me feel better.
