Your POV

We walked over to Missy and told her what we were talking about.

"So... we don't have the same mom?"

My parents shook their heads right as Missy squinted her eyes and started talking again.

"Wait... if you guys had her as teens, then why is she so young and nearly the same age as me?"

They looked at each other and sighed.

"I hoped you wouldn't ask that. But, after he told me I couldn't see Y/n until she needed saving someone had found us. We didn't know who she was until she explained that she was Y/n's guardian. She also told us that there were evil people who wanted to kill Y/n...

I don't know why we believed her but we asked her how we could keep her safe. She told us that she needed to be locked away and that at a certain age she would be let out and given false memories of her childhood.

This was a very long process because she needed to give your father, Missy, and classmates the memory of her, because nothing would add up"

Missy and I nodded, I stood up and started walking away. "I'll be right back". I walked over to Wheels who was by a control panel.

"Hey, what are you doing?"

He looked up at me and shook his head. "Y/n... There's a problem"

"What is it?"

He looked back at the control panel and pointed to a timer. It was counting down and it was nearly at 3 hours. "Y/n... do you know what this timer is even for?".

I shook my head. "No?"

He looked around then back up at me, "It's for a bomb..."

"Wait what? Where would it be?"

He started chewing on the inside of his cheek. From what I've read on this control panel... it's in the core of the planet..."

"There's no way we could get to it then..."

He shook his head. "No. Wildcard has every power so he should be able to stand the heat of the core"

"You're right, but I don't think it's a good idea, and how would we find a way down there?"

He shook his head. "That's the problem..."

I looked at Wildcard and motioned him to come over to Wheels and I. He came over and looked at us. "What's up?"

After explaining to Wildcard what was going on he nodded, so if we can find me a way in I'll defuse the bomb"

"Wait what? There's no way you could be okay with this!"

"Y/n, it'll be fine"

He started walking away but I followed him. "Wildcard! Wait!"

He turned around and looked at me. "What's wrong now?"

"I love you, I know I didn't say it earlier and- then I was shot at. So... I'm saying it now. Just... if we find a way down there I need you to promise me that you'll be careful!"

"Y/n-"

Wheels grabbed Wildcards arm and dragged him over to the panel. I sighed and walked away.
