MISTAKE (Wildcard x Reader) part 2

Chapter 21

Ms. Granada nodded her head. "I see... follow me."

3rd POV
Everyone followed after her as she lead them through the bunker. After walking to the very back she pressed a button on the wall.

The wall opened revealing a lab of sorts. They walked in side and followed her to a metal table.

She motioned for Marcus to lay Y/n down on the table. She turned around to grab something off of a shelf. When she turned back around she saw Y/n lying on the table.

"Ok. So to wake Y/n up from the coma-"

She was cut off by Wildcard yelling. "Coma?! What do you mean... "coma" there is no way she is in a coma!"

Granada snapped her head towards him and glared. "Do not raise your voice at me. But yes, she is in a coma." She said emphasizing the word "coma".

Wildcard rolled his eyes and looked back at Y/n. Miss Granada sighed and started talking again.

"As I was saying... to wake her up from the coma we need to get into her mind and wake her. Here is how it would go.

We send someone into her mind. It need to be someone who she is severely attached to. Once they are sent in they must convince her that she needs to wake.

Before we send them into her mind though... we must inject them both with this."

She says while holding up a vile that has a glowing green liquid in it.

"This will connect the two mentally which will make this whole process one hundred times easier."

She set the vile down next to Y/n and rested her hands on the table. "So. Who should we send?"

Everyone looked around and backed up leaving Missy and Wildcard. When they saw that Marcus nor her mother were standing there they looked at them.

"What?" They both asked while shrugging. Lavagirl looked at them "you're her parents why aren't you up there?"

Y/n's mother looked down "she doesn't know me very well. So..."

Marcus did the same. "She isn't as close with me as she is them."

Lavagirl nodded before standing back in her previous spot.

"So now this just leaves you two... who wants to go in?"

Missy looked at Wildcard and nodded. She stepped back and stood with her dad.

Wildcard looked at Miss Granada and smiled. "Let's do this."

Y/n was now securely strapped down to the table while Wildcard was strapped into a chair next to her.

Miss Granada had already explained to Wildcard what he was supposed to do.

She walked over to him and held up the syringe with the liquid in it. She put the point on his vein. "Tense your arm please."

He tensed his arm causing his veins to bulge. She sunk the needle into the vein causing Wildcard to groan. "Oh shush you're fine."

"Says you... you're not the one-" he groaned again as she kept injecting him with the liquid.

She pulled the syringe out and put a bandaid on where she pricked him.

Granada stepped back and looked at him. His pupils had dilated and his whole body tensed. She nodded and moved over to Y/n.

Since Y/n was not conscious to tense her arm Granada had to squeeze her arm. Once she did she injected Y/n.

Y/n's whole body tensed. Granada removed the syringe out and put the bandaid on.

She then used her thumb and pointer finger to open her eyes. They were indeed dilated.

"Now... Wildcard. Imagine Y/n and only Y/n. Imagine what you would say to her right now. Keep doing that and you will soon be in her consciousness."

He nodded sluggishly before leaning back in the seat.
