MISTAKE (Wildcard x Reader) part 2

Chapter 18

Previously
"It isn't a good gasp, the timer is down to an hour and thirty minutes."

3rd POV

"Crap..." Wildcard looked down at the whole they dug and sighed.

"Wait! I have every power... right? What if I made the dirt float up out of the hole to get in!"

Wheels bent down and punched Wildcards knee. "You couldn't have thought of that sooner? We lost all that time for no reason!"

"Get over it!"

"Boys... calm down all that matters is that we've figured it out."

Both boys turned to her and mumbled before looking back at the hole. "Ok boys! There's a trap door... probably leading down to the core. But why would they need a door leading to the center of the planet?"

Wheels looked at Y/n and shook his head. "Are you kidding me? How dumb are you? They needed it to put the bomb down there. How did you even pass middle school?"

Y/n shrugged, "Honestly, I don't know."

Wheels them turned to Wildcard and asked him to teleport to everyone else and walk them back. "Ok I'll be right back."

~~~~~A while later~~~~~

All Wheels and Y/n heard was MiracleGuy arguing with everyone. They came out of the trees and looked at the hole in the ground.

Wheels rolled up in front of them and clapped his hands. "Ok! So, Wildcard is going to go down that hole. Right there" he said pointing to it. "When he is down, depending on the temperature, Y/n might go down with him."

Y/n looked at Wheels in disbelief, "Uh, no. We didn't agree to that?"

"Too bad. Now sh."

"Anyway. When they get down there I will give them instructions on how to diffuse the bomb. Everyone understand?"

Everyone nodded as Wheels turned around. "Let's do this!"

They all walked over to the hole and Wildcard opened it. A huge wave of heat flew over everyone and Y/n sighed. "I'm gonna have to go down... aren't I?"

Wheels nodded as Wildcard walked over to the hole. He looked at Y/n and held his hand out. She grabbed it and he lead her down into the hole.

They jumped down and looked around. "Holy crap..."

There was a stone platform leading to a pillar. The pillar was in the center and had the bomb on it. Under them there were odd looking plants and spikes. They slowly walked over to the bomb and shouted up to wheels.

He gave them instructions, and when they diffused the bomb everything started to shake. They started to run back to the opening.

The ground shook too much causing Y/n to fall off the platform. She landed on a plant causing the stem to snap and start leaking a liquid on to her. Wildcard teleported down to her and picked her up before teleporting back to everyone else.
