Chapter 13

He lifted her up from his lap and pulled her into a hug.

3rd POV

Wildcard wasn't planning on letting her go any time soon, but, he soon realized that the others wanted to see her also. He sighed and went to let her go but she soon fell limp in his arms.

"Woah- Y/n!"

He pulled her away from him and looked at her, she was still and not moving a single muscle.

Y/n, was looking at her self was wide eyed and in shock. "What just happened-", she tried getting someone attention but no one seems to see her.

"Hello?"

She went to poke Missy but she went right through her.

"Oh- We are not doing this again!"

She looked around and saw Wildcard trying to wake her up.

"Y/n please! Come on!"

Y/n looked around some more before she walked up to Wildcard. She bent down and tried touching her arm. Everything went white and she jerked forward gasping for breath.

"Y/n! What happened?"

She looked around and shook her head slowly. "I'm not sure...". Her mom walked forward and touched the side of her face. She looked back at the girls father before nodding. Y/n looked from her father to her supposed mother and held Wildcard tighter.

"Is there something you guys aren't telling me?" She asked slowly. They nodded and sat down in front of her, everyone around them were just standing there awkwardly not knowing what to do. That's when MiracleGuy suggested they should all go to a different part of the large area.

They all scattered and started making conversation with each other. Wildcard knew he had to let Y/n go so she could talk privately with them. He sighed and slowly let go before standing up and walking away.

Y/n positioned herself more comfortably and looked up at her dad and "mother".

"Ok- so I'm gonna ask this one question before we get all deep and crap. Got it?" They nodded and she smiled while clapping her hands.

"Ok so- is she really my mom?"

Her dad looked down at his hands and back up to the two girls in front of him. He nodded and Y/n sighed.

"Ok, you guys can get started with whatever you have to say then"

Her parent nodded and looked at each other.

"Well..." her dad began. "When I was 17 or so, I was walking through the hallways of my school, and I saw this beautiful girl. She stopped at her locker and got some things out of it before she closed it and looked at me. She smiled and waved before walking over to me.

As you could probably guess that girl was your mother. She asked me if I knew where the science room was , I nodded and pointed to the room"

Her mom smiled and starting talking.

"I was new and I had zero idea on where I was going. He seemed like the right guy to ask, but anyway. I smiled and thanked him but he stopped me before I could leave. He asked me if I wanted to go on a date with him.

I accepted and we made plans. I'm not gonna get into anything after that because it's boring"

Her dad nodded and continued off of what she had said.

"But the thing is she got pregnant after a while and we didn't know what to do, since we were teens. We didn't want to go to a hospital or tell an adult because we would get in trouble. So we found someone who claimed to be a doctor that could help us throughout the pregnancy.

He would schedule checkups and stuff like that, but... the checkups were weird. He wouldn't use medical equipment, he would just use his hands claiming he didn't need equipment.

Once a couple of appointments before the supposed due date. He had put his hands on her stomach and started chanting weird words. I don't know why we didn't do anything about it but we just sat there.

When it was time for the baby to be born the man delivered her and took her to a corner of the room we were in"

He started tearing up so Y/n's mother took over the story.

"Basically what happened is... after he got the baby cleaned up he brought her over so we could hold her. He told us that during the appointment he had done something wrong and that he was deeply sorry for it. We asked him what it was and he said... uhm. He said that instead of giving you a safe life and eternal happiness.

He had... made a mistake and instead he made it so I couldn't see you until you needed saving, which I didn't know what that meant until now".
