So...after posting the recent Valentines Day chapter, I figure you guys deserve something cool.
Lana: A bigger pool?
Lori: Well...there are 12 of us siblings.
As I was saying, we now have an arc of Deleted Scenes! Meaning some content that didn't make it to the drawing board...will be put here in this special arc!
Luna: ohh...that does make sense!
So, here we go!
Deleted scene 1: Takes place 2 hours after the breakfast scene.
"Jason...somethings off with Maggie, like she is more positive sounding. I kinda know, from what Lisa told me but...they haven't touched their last bit of pancakes!" She fretted.
"Come on, now...I'm sure they enjoyed every bit of it! You know how teens are sometimes." her significant other responded.
"I know...I worry about them, and this 'Blue Earth Disaster' seems to be changing things. I understand why, bot not the how of things. It really hurts." she responded.
"I guess we should discuss it with them in further detail? Weren't you in the debate club back in the day?"
Mary Firefrost blushed at the memory. "Maybe it wasn't a good idea to debate justice systems in front of a pro punishment crowd." She said.
"I'm sure the Restorative Justice side would have loved it. If there were more like you, we'd have less evils in this world." Jason Firefrost said.
"Yeah. But we need people like you in case things go pear-shaped. Sometimes, the justice we seek is a double edged sword. Revenge consumes you, it's insidious...like a invasive vine, it crawls around you, and you are not aware of its trap until it nearly covers you up. Leo had demons within him, he just hides them too well. One day, they will be unleashed, and we will pay the price. The least we can do...it help him the best way we can." Mary said, cleaning the tables after washing the plates and cups.
"I agree. That said, we still need the kids to have room to grow. Let em be kids. Yes they will make mistakes, but that's how we learn."
Outside, the clouds swirl in the sky creating a spectrum of light and dark in the bright blue sky. Overhead, the planet of Delphi Prime glowed with a light that welcomed its viewers with a spectacular lightshow of the city.
A.N: I'm not shore why I didn't add this in but this may have had to be cut eventually regardless. I really wanted to show a more concerned side, but that had been put to the side due to issues beyond my control.
