The Otsutsuki king is known to have the famed Otsutuki Byakugan, a much more powerful version of the Hyugas Byakugan.

Otsutsuki Byakugan:
Increased 360 Byakugan vision (Able to see over 100 miles in the front or back it to either side of them at any time)
Better Preception of the Chakra System (Able to see down to the nerve system, and a increased vision of flowing chakra)
Mind Reading (Able to Read through the thoughts of targets, as well as look through memories. Hyuga Byakugans are not able to do this however, only experienced Otsutsuki Byakugan Users are able to use this technique)

Noble Otsutsuki Byakugan:
The Noble Otsutsuki Byakugan better known as The Golden Byakugan is a superior version of the Byakugan (1 of the Big 4 that are known, Golden Byakugan, Tenseigan, Golden Tenseigan, Jougān) to obtain this version of the Byakugan, a Noble must absorb a Noble Otsutsuki, this will enhance the Noble Otsutsukis development and the pigment in their eye will become golden, and with it comes new abilities.

Tenseigan:
The Tenseigan is the fusion between the Hyuga clan and the Otsutsuki clan. After a Hyugas DNA is implanted into a Otsutsuki a painful process begins for the Otsutsuki, when it's over the Featureless Byakugan will develop a blue pupils, filled with overlapping white flower patterns.
Allows Control Over Attractive and Repulsive Forces.
Tenseigan Chakra Mode (Enchances Power, Speed, Endurance and Strength. Also grants access to Truth seeking orbs, as well as compressed ball OFA Tenseigan Chakra that can be manipulated in anyway and are quite destructive. It also grants the User the Ability of all 5 chakra Natures + Yin-Yang Release)

Golden Tenseigan:
The most powerful version of the Tenseigan. To obtain this however you must take the Tenseigan of another Noble Otsutsuki and implant them into your own eyes, the eyes will automatically evolve into the next state, the golden Tenseigan however the pain will be like nothing you have ever experienced. However after it's over the pain will be worth it. The golden Tenseigan is far superior to the regular Tenseigan in all ways, from power, to chakra mode abilities. The one who wields it is truly a force to be reckoned with.
Godly Control over Attractive and Repulsive forces (Can control these two, at such a degree that they can pinpoint how far the way thing to be brought toward them or away from them, power over these two entities knows no bounds)
Golden Tenseigan Chakra Mode ( A lot More powerful then the regular chakra Mode, grants the user 30x the power of the Tenseigan cloak for strength, speed, endurance and power, also grants compressed golden balls of Golden Tenseigan Energy, that is 50x as destructive as the Regular Tenseigan and can be manipulated in any way see fit)

Abilities:
Handan no Honō (Flames Of Judgement): Upon the command being spoken, a light blueish/Galaxy like flames wraps around whatever the user looks at or where ever they desire the flame to be. These flames are extremely powerful and burn for all eternity or until their opponent is less then ash. Upon Mastering this ability all normal flame Jutsu the user once used (Fire Ball Jutsu, Phoenix Sage Flower Nail Crimson, Etc) will be turned into a Handan no Honō version (Meaning the once orangeish/red flames will become light blueish/Galaxy like and burn forever), these flames also cannot be absorbed by any sort of chakra absorbing abilities (Deltas Eyes, Rinnegans 6 path chakra absorption technique) and can only be sealed by a level 10 master sealer.
