"Are you excited Motoya? Sakusa?"

"Yeah actually! It's cool to meet new players." Sakusa agreed, nodding while the four entered the train station. "It's going to be sooo boring without you guys- even though we sort of just became friends..but either way!" Ayame said, bringing Komori into a tight hug while Sakusa and Y/n tried to hide their laughs as Komori's face was turning red.

"Wel-Well Ayame, i'll miss you too!" Komori ruffled Ayame's hair, smiling at her as the train had stopped in front of them. "See you guys later!" Komori waved at them while Sakusa did a small nod. "Bye!" the two girls waved goodbye as the train doors closed.

"What time is it?"

"It's..7:32."

"Ayame..we're going to be late!" Y/n grabbed Ayame's hand, running out of the station. "Class starts at eight Y/nnn!"

"Oh you're right." Y/n came into an immediate stop causing Ayame to bump into her. "By the way Ayame, why was your face red when Komori hugged you? Were you blushing?" Y/n teased, nudging Ayame's shoulder. "No! Plus were only friends!" Ayame walked in front of Y/n.

"Okay then." Y/n chuckled, walking side to side with Ayame. "I mean he's really nice..very sweet- but besides that, we should be going to class!" Ayame took Y/n's hand, walking a bit faster as she sighed.

"I thought class started at eight Ayame!"

Sakusa and Komori walked into training camp, they were told to change into their practice uniforms, they were a bit early, a good thing for Sakusa as he rushed into the gym lockers, telling his cousin to not go in yet.

Some of the players had also came in, wondering why Komori was awkwardly standing out side the door until Sakusa came out, all sighing as they went inside the locker room. Komori was talking to a few of them, telling them a "great job" for being invited into the camp. The coach then soon called the players up front. "Japan will always fall apart in the face of overwhelming height and power. That old cliché is outdated. What really matters is not what you are blessed with but rather what you're able to make out of it." he then clapped him hands, gesturing for them to practice.

"Motoya." Sakusa said, holding the ball as he gestured for Komori to set for him. "At least i'm not receiving it..Kiyoomi, maybe you should..I don't know-"

"Set for me." a boy with white hair pointed at Atsumu, holding a ball between his arm. "Hoshiumi, right? If you're able to touch my sets-"

"Just set for me." Hoshiumi got into position while Atsumu sighed, throwing the ball into the air as Hoshiumi quickly spiked it, surprising Atsumu a bit. "Oh eh uh-" Atsumu stuttered out. "Another one." Hoshiumi said while Komori and Sakusa sighed, both knowing Hoshiumi would push Atsumu to the edge.

"Kiyoomi, isn't Atsumu..uh Y/n and Ayame's ex?" Komori whispered. "The one who cheated on both of them.." he looked over to Atsumu, he seemed decent enough, normal even. Sakusa nodded, going back to practice as Komori went to the other side of the court, receiving the ball this time while Kageyama joined in. A few other players joined in as well, including Hoshiumi and Atsumu but went on the other side of the court.

The match ended quickly but felt long for the players, they were all going back and forth with each other. Each all scoring a point for their teams. They were all now in the lunch room, all sitting with someone they were familiar with. Komori's phone was ringing, quickly shuffling around his pockets as he answered the call.

"Heeelllooo Ayameee!" Sakusa glanced at his cousin, both placing their trays onto the table. "How is it?"

"It's really cool- Kiyoomi..where are you going?" Sakusa stood up, walking towards another table as Komori only watched until he saw his cousin start to stare at Kageyama intently. Komori walked to Sakusa. "Uh ignore him! He can be a realll loser sometimes." Komori said, putting one hand on his cousin's shoulder, holding his phone on the other. "He just has this thing to become cautious when ever he see someone as a potential threat." Komori explained, hearing Y/n and Ayame laugh in the background, getting in trouble as the teacher told them to quiet down.

"That loser comment, I'll let it be for now."

"But you're still holding back, right?" Kageyama questioned. "What?" Sakusa tilted his head, feeling annoyed. "You're actually more average than what everyone says you are." Kageyama explained, making Komori and the girls laugh even harder. "I'm going to go take a bath.." Sakusa sighed, leaving a bit irritated.

"Sorry for him!"

"Is he really like that?!"
