After the eventful week, I wasn't sure how I felt by going back to school. Yeah everyone saw me as a freak now, but that wasn't my main concern. My main concern was Caleb. He was acting like the worlds biggest douche as Eric and Xander call him. I promised myself I wouldn't think about him any more. He was a thing of the passed now. It was time to move on.

"Amelia can you please explain what the great depression was?" The teacher asked the blonde curly haired girl who I saved from Kade and Amber. She sighed before standing up and walking in front of the class. I heard some of Amber's clones snicker at Amelia as she walked by. I felt sorry for the girl, what did she do that made every one not like her in the first place?

"Well lets see, The Great Depression. Great D, It all started in I believe 1929 it was the greatest economic crisis the country had faced. Many people lost their jobs, many people ended up homeless and people nearly starved for about a decade." She replied and waited for the teacher to speak up.

"Fantastic Amelia. This girl knows her crisis." The teacher exclaimed. He excused her and let her go back to her seat where she was previously sitting before.

"Now lets see Kylie can you tell me what started the great depression?" The teacher asked. oh great I swear I will be in a great depression after this. I stood up and walked in the front of my class glaring at all the bimbos who were whispering things about me. I might not be a full wolf but I still managed to have excellent hearing skills thanks to being a hybrid.

"I am assuming that people were just depressed?" I asked looking at the teacher who glared at me. Of course I read about the great depression when I had nothing else to do but read all the books we stole from the library, yet I didn't have to let him know I knew things.

"Kylie, we are in a serious discussion and if you want to pass my class I suggest you take my class seriously." He scolded which made the clones laugh.

"The stock market crashed in 1929, there were bank failures, people stopped buying as many things like they used to, then there was that whole American economic policy going on with Europe. Oh, and there was a drought in Mississippi where people couldn't afford to pay their taxes so they had to sell their farms and what not." I replied. I knew if I wanted to go home I had to take these classes serious. My mother and father stated I can fully return home when I come back with some thing known as a diploma. What ever that thing was, Xander ended up explaining it to me and the importance of one. So I not only promised my family I also promised my new best friend Xander I would take school serious now.

Hey at least it was a start.

"Now Kylie why could't you say this in the first place?" The teacher asked making me shrug my shoulders in a I don't know why I done it kind of way.

"Well as Kylie presented these were five of the main key factors of the great depression. Kylie you may take your seat dear." He started to explain and went into a whole lecture of the great depression. See I told you I was going to end up depressed because of this.

"Pst Kylie?" I heard Elijah whisper from next to me.

"What doofus?" I asked.

"I think I found my beloved." He whispered which caught me off guard making me choke.

"Kylie are you okay?" The teacher asked as I tried to catch my breath.

"Yeah, sorry choked on um air." I quickly replied. As the teacher nodded and continued to teach the class his knowledge.

"How do you figure?" I ended up managing to whisper to my dear uncle.

"I don't know really but that girl Amelia, there is something about her. Something that makes me want to get to know her more. I don't know, I mean I haven't felt the signs they warn us about so who knows?" He replied as the bell to lunch went off. Elijah and I slowly took our time as everyone else rushed out the door to meet up with their friends.
