Title: Prime Director of the Prime Directive

Character Information:
A mysterious and enigmatic young man wearing a checkered suit with a long-coat and a fedora who's very look is likened to a youthful man with short hair and having an emotionless expression, Zero is a cold, calm and calculating leader of the Prime Directive, a mysterious army made up of clone soldiers and futuristic technology, is a cynical, practical-minded and self-absorbed figure who is bent on conquering the world in the name of peace, prosperity and order at the cost of free will, culture and making everyone bowing to his extremely fascist and repressive regime.

Pragmatic, unfettered and believer in the flaws, weakness and evil of free will, Zero is a highly intelligent and one hell of a cold bastard who may not be a truly evil bastard but is extremely confident in his intelligence and how immoral he is at creating his army state-of-the-art futuristic technology. At the very least, he knows that pride is considered to be the number one thing that will make people fall from grace and Zero has a very open-minded and realistic view that doesn't hamper his competence in the grand schemes of things for world domination. He isn't a psychotic tyrannical despot or a sadistic bastard as he believes that this kind of emotion will make people fall to stupid conclusion. However, he is nonetheless a grade-A type, humourless, cold-hearted sociopath that is willing to perform immoral experiments to be finally one step closer towards his goal and while he is under no illusion that what he did is so utterly wrong on so many levels, he doesn't regret it. At all.

Immoral and sociopathic but a genius in both scientific engineering and being manipulative in nature, Zero is one for being practical at every turn. He isn't one for flashy modes of conquest or any attempt of wanting to be intimidating. What he wants is a plan that is both effective and practical and is utterly so realistic that he doesn't fall to the same trappings of villainy and he makes it clear that he is not a villain nor is he a hero. Just a figure willing to conquer the world to finally reign in the chaos as much as possible even if he has to purge any cultural distinction and committing acts of punishment that may not kill them but making them suffer by becoming another part of his horrific experiments, he will make that order will prevail. With this, he is logical to the fault, reasonable to the cause and determined without a moment of doubt. However, in spite of all of his various of genius level intellectual mindset, this doesn't stop him from being flawed in that for all his overconfidence at being intelligent, he is proven to be not-so creative and while he has been known to have his practical mindset and has won his own battles on a number of occasions, he is far from being a front line combatant, little experience in the heat of battle (in spite of his overwhelming powers) and is a dishonourable coward who when the tables have turned, runs away and his facade of cold, calm and methodical can sometimes crack to reveal his stressed out behaviour and being a spineless coward who always runs away unless he has something that could finally tip the scale into his favour.
