I like Akamega Kill!, alright? I just wish that someone would fixed it. Here is my criticism about its villains: either they are one-dimensional, unintentionally unsympathetic or just generic and cliche in general.
It sucks alright.
So, how about I try to show you all these new villain of Akame ga Kill! I always have these idea and I want to make it into a reality.

A maddening, power-hungry and diabolical civilization conquering tyrannical despot, Emperor Ephemeris is the immortal god-like ruler of the Sovereign Ascension and one that had that ruled his city with iron fist and one where he ruled through fear, mind control, psychological manipulation and horrible experimentation.
Nobody knows who he was before basically but he seemed to have a very thorough knowledge on how Teigu's work and has the ability to create them flawlessly, absorbed them too and have the mysterious ability to warp and distort reality to his very bidding.
In reality, Emperor Ephemeris is originally known as Astel Partas, little brother of Esdeath and was born in a tribe of the Partas, a clan of hunters who hunt down Danger Beasts for their own survival.
Bullied, neglected and abused by the majority of his family including his father for being born a weak and sickly young child who is only cares for by his own mother and Esdeath, he was then abandoned in a cave where he and everyone thought he would die just to get rid of him but instead, had found a powerful source that will turned him from a weak boy to the most powerful being in the entire world, becoming an all powerful that is destined to save the world by conquering it, controlling everything in any way possible and show everyone their place as he crushed them beneath his heel.
A tyrannical despot with a hero complex and a very dangerous man who, despite his eccentric and rather silly behaviour, does not detract the threat that he posed who will make sure that everyone shall be under his rule in his own conclusion no matter how many innocents he had ruined to attain the control and power at his disposal.
And he will show everyone in the entire world, the power of Emperor Ephemeris, the Lord of Purity and ruler of the Sovereign Ascension.
