Other Names: Lelystad

Title: The Last. The Superior Third Children. The-One-Who-Has-Cast-Off-From-Grace.

Character Information:
A mysterious girl with pink hair and wearing a white uniform just fall from the sky and kill someone, Lely woke up from her amnesia in 'A City Where Evil Rules' and experience the immense danger of being in a world where she is being hunted down scumbags, bounty hunters, and other people for the fact that she is a Third Children, an experimental bio-weapon that had been created by her sire, the Doctorate God, Lely's progenitor who created the Doctorate God and caused untold damage in the City she wakes up to.

In a waking world of the bizarre where anything that make sense makes little sense, Lely will go an adventure of death, murder, damnation, misery and a lot of moe as she tries to find this Doctorate God and what is even her purpose here.

Personality:
Despite suffering from not remembering everything, Lely has one very notable personality.

That is being a violent, sociopathic, maddening, sadistic and insane girl with a penchant for violence and cruelty like no other. And the fact that she smiled while being fighting and being splattered with blood all over her body is just unnerving to look at.

Her homicidal nature aside, Lely, when not being a bloodthirsty killer with a penchant for slaughter, is actually pretty friendly if not have little in a way of social skills and lack of understanding of other people and acts more like a giddy and playful hyperactive girl than the monster she has shown before.

While she is a sadist at heart, she does showcase an honourable side as she does believe in fair fight. Which is rare in Discordant City so in reality, she just likes killing people and see blood raining down her body.

She is actually honest in the fact that she is hypocritical in her view as she admits that she does babble around a lot and it is just an excuse to just give a big depth to the character when in reality, she is just a sadistic and cruel girl that loves to see violence in all its glory.

Her monstrous nature aside, she is genuine in the fact that she us honourable as while she fight and kill, she only fight and kill those who also fight others and refuse to kill those that cannot defend themselves barring those who annoy her or those that needs a little bit of 'convincing'.

She is also pretty friendly and bubbly and while her happy-go-lucky personality makes her off-putting, it is kind of endearing barring the fact that she is a killer, through and through.

Still, her skewed morality aside, she does showcase that she has a sense of standards and she does show disgust to those who are... vile for even her to tolerate.

From rape to abuse to corruption to decadence and finally, to being a prick without good reason in general, Lely will torture and kill them all, no problem.

Powers and Abilities:
Her kind are noted for being dangerous superior to humans and Lely is no different.

The Third Children were all formerly children kidnapped en masse and made to be experimented upon where they are used to the Doctorate God's biological weapon of mass destruction, granted powers and superhuman abilities to kill at their own leisure.

Lely is no different as it is explained before.

Lely is shown herself to be extremely superhuman as she can jump high, punch anyone apart to shreds, run faster, can endure a whole lot of punishment and being extremely agile.
