Character Information: Formerly just a hacker that is just doing what her job had been detailed, a sudden appearance of a thunderstorm results in the surge of dangerous electricity surrounding the complex and completely obliterates him to kingdom come and basically killed him until there is nothing but ash and exploding the building where he will not be miss. But that is not the end of him.
Call it reincarnation. Call it ascension. All that is known is that he has now become some matter of all powerful being that has not only has granted in another world but also given the ability to hack reality to her ends meet. And is basically the so-called Messiah that is as mysterious as he is all-powerful and extraordinary.
Warping reality to her will, Cipher's transportation to another world goes along with her reality hacking ability and unless it is a world that is basically influenced like those fantasy RPG settings with virtual reality systems, what makes Cipher not akin to an overpowered player is that he is a hacker. And hackers can do whatever they want which will get into that later.
Usually just a normal guy trying to survive in a new world and just trying to get use to him newfound insanely powerful reality hacking abilities, Cipher is still just a normal young man who was once in over his head and the experience of the death he has remembered has lead to some sense of disorder in his head such as PTSD and some matter of trauma from her past such as but not limited to home life, school life and lastly, being a physically inept guy who doesn't have an easy life in the real world of trying to survive by becoming hired hacker who died from the thing that she is playing at and it isn't any better as being forcefully transported into another world with no idea how or what. Despite having a phenomenal reality hacking powers. However, determination, perseverance, an act of heroism that actually feels good and actually having new friends in another world alongside maybe finding some love is maybe the act to develop her into the proper Messiah he is. And if the world he has been enjoying in her whole life is being threatened by something that is beyond all reason, too dangerous for anyone to compare, guess it is up to Cipher to use his powers with utmost responsibility.
Powers and Abilities: Cipher looked rather weak by comparison and while always constantly wearing a hood and hasn't shown his face seemed pretty unnerving, it couldn't blame anyone that Cipher just have the physical capability of a failed gymnastics. His powers, on the other hand, pales in comparison to what any kind of skills, magic and other abilities in any world can do as he can basically hack reality itself to his very will.
As it is said before, Cipher is a hacker through and through who has the ability to see the world as a code that he understands and by his understanding, can hack reality itself to his very will. Bar none, it is supposed to be easy. Besides, how else can anyone says to the man and insanely powerful ability to make anything with just a few tampering on the codes he sees? From conjuring items from thin air, instantly tame anyone by hacking their mindset and other impressive feats like weather control and creating an ecosystem, Cipher's very powers is commented to be something no magic or other supernatural powers were actually capable of it when he is basically almost omnipotent. However, he is 'almost' omnipotent because for all the phenomenal and overpowering abilities of having the power of hacking reality to his will, it is not as easy as it looks.
