Alright so, this takes inspiration from Planescape: Torment.
I have nothing to say except just read what I have in store.
Enjoy.
___________________________________________Name: Solbrandt
Real Name: Unknown
Title: The Immortal Amnesiac. The Tormented Swordsman. The-One-Who-Seeks-Death.
Character Information:
A mysterious young man who woke up in a dark and dreary catacombs where he is almost killed by undead monsters, Solbrandt is an amnesiac person who wakes up with no memory of who is aside from a name written on his sword as well as being a master swordsman and after escaping the catacombs, is being hunted down by people in every corner of a very bizarre and unusual world of Ithersta where magic, technology, fantasy and science fiction are all fused during a war that lasted for over centuries and found out that he is also immortal who can regenerate his body through even the most life-threatening injuries that have inflicted upon him.Adventuring into the unknown, finding new friends, foes and others that know of who he is before, Solbrandt will embark on an adventure as he find out who he is while taking advantage of his immortality to the worse he can get. As well as how even an immortal can fear something far worse than death. And it isn't losing your loved by outliving them.
Personality:
Not much to say about his personality other than being absolutely deadpan and snarky a lot, prone to being sarcastic and always having a dry wit. Overall, he treats everything with a measure of boredom and finds being gruesomely killed again to be nothing but a minor inconvenience to him. Suffice to say that his lax behaviour makes him incredibly accepting of the many horrors in the world he wakes up to such as being hunted down for unknown reasons. But despite this, Solbrandt is shown to be a genuinely nice, compassionate, caring and considerate man willing to help others, be sympathetic towards others plight, be reasonable and understanding and doesn't hate mostly everybody. This doesn't make him soft or stupid. Those who bring harm to the innocent because they can or because for unjustifiably stupid reasons, Solbrandt has no qualms becoming ruthless and brutal and will kill people who dares to kill others. But retracting his not stupid part, Solbrandt is nonetheless naive and this is kind of his amnesia's fault, making him incredibly to understand anyone's history in the grand schemes of things and he is tormented by the fact that he is just incredibly tormented by how he has no memory of why he is hunted down or if he can truly die. Overall, being immortal sucks. Especially when you will always feel pain and how even when creating q bond, you will basically outlived everyone.
Powers and Abilities:
He isn't called, 'The Immortal' for nothing. Solbrandt's body is an impeccable musculature that is capable of surviving through the grievous of wounds and regenerate his body even when he gets splattered like a bloody smear. This makes him implacable, terrifying and more than capable of casting magic that requires the grievous wounds of his body with his immortality helping him. Mostly, he can put his immortality to good use with most of the puzzles around Ithersta are always need the blood of others to activate and he is the key to completely everything. Overall, the guy takes the notion of determination to the next level and he is anything if not that determined to finally die. It does make him reckless but since he is immortal, who can blame him and can be a great distraction for his enemies to focus only on him.Aside from his immortality, Solbrandt is shown to be most skilled and most powerful being alive as he is an ace at everything including how to be a master swordsman and know how to use a gun. Thought he largely not used a gun due to the fact that bullets, even those capable of blowing anyone's body apart, wouldn't kill him.
