Que pulled the trigger twice in a row as everything went in slow motion for me to just see everything, Julia getting hit in her abdomen and stomach, her falling to the ground then me hearing myself scream.
"NOOOOOOOOOOO!"
I try to make my way to her but I can't. Something wrapped around me. Arms. Arms is what wrapped around me and I can't get out, the person has a strong and tight grip around me while pulling me into them. Cops suddenly barged through the door with their guns up aimed at Que and I'm assuming Julia's ex, the person who's arms are wrapped around me tried pulling me to the stairs to get me up but I don't want to.
I start screaming, yelling, kicking and punching to get out of the grip but I don't succeed as he's walking with me up the stairs now. Me being thrown over her shoulder looking at Julia who's laying on the ground bleeding out, the cops going over to her to check her palse causing my anxiety to kick in. The cop looked at the rest of them all and just as he was about to give a response for if she's alive or not, we rounded the corner for me not to see as my heart now sank to my stomach and tears starting to spill.
Fin walked into my and Julia's shared room as we walked to the bed softly putting me down, he sat down himself immediately pulling me into his embrace as I cry into his chest. Everyone elso who were down there came up into the room too, even Julia's parents and sister was also here with blank expressions that can't be read. I pulled away from Fin as everyone made they're way over to the bed and also sat down, I looked down to the promise ring and started fiddling with it as another tear escaped.
"promise ring?" Claudia asked shocked so I gave her a nod as a answer back.
"it's going to be ok, she's a tough person who's been through a lot, two bullets might have stopped her a year ago but now that she has you... I'm pretty sure she's going to fight with everything she has in her, alright. She's not gonna give up because she has us all but most importantly... She has you" Nathan said causing his mother to let out a huff with her arms crossed rolling her eyes.
"the fucks wrong with you? Your own daughter is fighting for her life and all your doing is... That? You think your a good mother to her but in reality your what she want to get away from. You just can't leave her in peace, can you?" I asked shaking my head in disappointment from this stupid ass bitch.
"listen here you little rat-" she went to speak but got cut off by my mom.
"DON'T YOU CALL MY DAUGHTER A RAT, YOU UN-RESPECTFUL WOMAN! AND TRUST ME, I WILL GO FULL ON THROWING HANDS AT YOU!" my mom yelled at her while pulling her sleeves up.

"DON'T YOU COME AND YELL ON MY WIFE SAYING YOU KNOW BETTER!" Julia's father yelled at my mom which pissed my dad.
"DON'T YOU YELL ON MY WIFE ABOUT SOMETHING SHE DIDN'T DO! SHE JUST SAID NOT TO CALL OUR DAUGHTER A RAT!" my dad yelled by which Julia's sister only laughed at. This is basically how the rest of the night went until we could go to the hospital, just yelling, yelling, yelling and more yelling the whole fucking damn time.

We were all in the waiting room waiting for the doctors to come out and give us some news, Julia has been in surgery for probably almost 2 hours now and I'm getting un-easy from my anxiety being through the roof. My leg bouncing up and down on a un-rated speed of need to know how she is, I need to see her and I need to hold her tightly in my arms.
"Jacksons" we all heard from our left causing our heads to snap in the direction seeing the doctor standing there, Nathan stood up and walked over as I jumped up and speed walked over to them with everyone else following.
"she has lost alot amount of bloo- I'm sorry family only" the doctor said once we all got to them.
"they are family" Nathan immediately said causing the doctor to give a nod.
"as I was saying, she lost alot amount of blood but the surgery was successful. There is a chance that she might flatline again since she has about 5 times, one on the way here and the four during surgery but she's stable for now. My opinion is that you all please not go in on the same time... One at a time please, she's in room 227B on the second floor" the doctor finishes off and with one eye blink am I already in the elevator on my way to see her.
The elevator doors opened as I'm on my way to her room running as fast as I can looking at the numbers, I slowed down every time I came faster making sure not to miss her room, I see 220, 221, 222, 223, 224, 225, 226... 227. I walked up to her closed room door and put my hand on the door handle wanting to pull it but I also don't want to, I closed my eyes turned the handle down as I pushed the door open and also opening my eyes to see her.
Pale skin, needles in her arms, the drip beside her, the heart monitor also beside her, her eyes closed, hospital clothes, chest slowly rising and falling back down. My heart broke seeing her like this, my chest hurting, my eyes stinging not being an able to take it any more the tears finally flowed down. I made my way to her side pulling a chair out, I took her cold pale hand into mine and kissed her forehead.
