IN WAS SEVEN IN THE MORNING WHEN KYLIE ACKLES AND SOFIA EVANS WERE RIGHT outside chris evans trailer in massachusetts. the almost two year old was taking in her new surroundings. meanwhile, kylie went up his steps, quickly knocking on his door
a small squeal left her lips as she hears his voice "coming" she softly squeezed sofia's little leg making her attention turn to her mother
as the door swings open, chris comes eye to eye with not only the woman who still holds his heart, but his little princess. sofia gasps "dada!" a chuckle leaves his lips as a huge grins makes its way up to his lips
"are you serious right now?" he chuckles as he steps down
"surprise" kylie grins as chris wraps his hands around the two girls
"best surprise ever" the smile never leaving his lips as he kisses her temple. before pulling away to take sofia out of her arms "hi princess" he gushes in a baby voice, making sofia giggle and wrap her hands around his neck, quickly placing a kiss on his cheek
from the three years that chris and kylie were together, the blue eyed blonde knew him better than anyone else. so when she seen through his fake smile from yesterday, she didn't hesitate in booking a flight. in her heart, she knew that chris was missing his daughter, and she also knew that even if sofia is only one, she still misses her father when he isn't around. so upon seeing their reaction together, it made her heart tug in pure happiness
"come here" chris smiled as he glanced over to kylie. the blue eyed blonde didn't hesitate in walking over. he immediately placed his free arm around shoulder, as kylie wrapped a hand around his torso and the other on her daughter's back "life can't get any better"
kylie lifted her head from his chest and glanced up to his blue eyes "hey, you shaved" she said as she removed her hand from sofia's back and placed it on his chin
"how did you just notice?" he asks
kylie playfully rolled her eyes "shush" she chuckles as she leans her head on his chest. but his wardrobe caught her eyes "oooo, i love the sweater" she said as she ran her finger down the pattern of the knitted sweater
as night fell, the family of three found themselves at chris's home in boston. seeing as the set of knives out was only a few minutes away from chris's home
"i love ana, she's the absolute sweetest" kylie told chris as the two were heading towards the master bedroom
"yeah, she's great" chris said before walking into his bedroom to see his daughter jumping up on the bed. upon seeing her father and her mother right behind him, she immediately stops jumping and let herself fall on the bed, immediately pretending to be asleep
